We usually eat out of town, and tonight that justified it. The 2 ladies working, extremely rude. One of the ladies, named Shadow, she was nice upon entrance but changed my mind mid way through our order. The other lady told us that the cheese goes first and when it came to the veggies, we requested the sauce to be last and you would’ve thought I were asking for a million dollars. At check out, an online order came in; and in Shadows exact words “well they can just suck turkey butt”. Then at that the end ask for a tip? No thanks. Here’s a suggestion, skip subway and go to Jersey Mikes in Ontario.

Online Order was wrong, When I made contact with them they was rude and had a bad attitude. They said they was busy all day as a excuse for bad service and no offer to correct the problem, I wouldn't recommend.

There is a person named Mel who work at subway and she is rude and how she is rude well 1) she hangs up the phone on the customer and 2) she was being disrespectful towards me and my fiancé who use to work there and he forgot what time they closed because he has bad memory.

I don’t typically write reviews. But the girls that were working on 5/15/25 around lunch deserve it! When I walked in, I was 3rd or 4th in line. The gals working were doing such an AWESOME job at being productive and efficient! One of the gals was running the register and the other two were tag teaming the sandwiches. Even though I came in with a LINE— I was in and out in FIVE MINUTES! I was shocked. Awesome job, and my sandwich is delicious!

Sub was greasy cheese wasn't melted tomatoes was wilted lettuce was tinted brown barley gave me toppings gave me heated tuna it was nasty used to be a good subway its bad I won't return the vegetables are never fresh anymore both subs went to trash after 1 bite my husband's Philly steak was greasy n not put together way to much mayonnaise gross

The way the top lead people/ store owner above the managers treat their managers/employees is honestly absolutely unacceptable, posting personal/targeting things about them on social media such as facebook is totally high school stuff. Also they don’t pay for you to go to do walkthroughs at other stores including my gilead/marion etc, they own 6+ stores. (gas money) Also, if it wasn’t for the manager they had just recently had, they’d be replacing old labels not caring about the food, the people they’re feeding. They also didn’t care about the excessive amount of mold growing in the freezers due do the sealant being broke on the doors.
