The way the top lead people/ store owner above the managers treat their managers/employees is honestly absolutely unacceptable, posting personal/targeting things about them on social media such as facebook is totally high school stuff. Also they don’t pay for you to go to do walkthroughs at other stores including my gilead/marion etc, they own 6+ stores. (gas money) Also, if it wasn’t for the manager they had just recently had, they’d be replacing old labels not caring about the food, the people they’re feeding. They also didn’t care about the excessive amount of mold growing in the freezers due do the sealant being broke on the doors.

So are you guys running out of product, or just completely incompetent? It's a sandwich. Not really that hard to make. Yet I come home from a 20 hour work day to find whatever this pathetic thing is. Barely anything on it, and no cheese all together. Good job, you deserve less than minimum wage.

I eat Subway quite often and the workers here are very friendly and polite, with the exception of one woman, whom I had the misfortune of having her make my sandwich. I'm unsure of her name but she presented a poor attitude and extreme lack of customer service. She claimed to have been working for Subway for the better part of a decade. I believe she was in her thirties, possibly 40 ish , yet she failed to know how to use the toaster properly or the amount of meat that goes on each sandwich. I asked her a question about my sandwich and she was extremely rude in her response, kind of like a "know it all" even if they don't kind of person. As for the rest of the employees they are all wonderful people they smile, they are polite, and seem to take pride in their work. That one rude person makes me not want to return to the Galion Subway, even though I've been a frequent return customer, and I always tip well. It's individuals like her who ruin ones "experience" when going out to eat, and diminish a company's return business.
Parking: There's plenty of room for parking

i sent my fiancé in to get food, the employees were making it seem like it was a bother for him to get food or ask for anything. They made the subs smaller than normal, the lettuce was definitely expired and slimy. Also my sub was supposed to be a BLT and came with mayo, bacon and pickles nothing else.

Paid extra for avacado, no avacado. Missing other vegetables I asked for and wasn’t even toasted like I asked for. Still charged me extra though. Thanks for the soggy room temperature $11 sandwich.
Ordered a tuna sub like I always always get when I go there and the girl insisted that I said turkey but I’ve never ordered a turkey sub at subway because I like the tuna so well and I had to pay for it when I left the store I thought I shouldn’t of had to pay for something I didn’t order but I didn’t feel like arguing with the girl not to mention she put my two orders on one bill and I told her it will be two different orders I won’t go back to the Galion subway for awhile, and also one of the girls was wearing short shorts u could almost see the bottom of her butt cheek. Over all wasn’t happy when I left
