Service at this location is a step ahead of the other locations I've been to. We ordered more than 2 of the same item but with a different amount of cheese and sour cream on each. They labeled which had extra so we didn't get confused on which one was which.

The folks that work here are always nice but the stupid idea of trying to get people to order on a screen is garbage. The staff and management are great but Taco Bell in general has declined in years with quality and just completely jacked their prices.
I'm sick of this place being so stingy with the sauce packs. "Here's your food with your ONE sauce pack per item". They dole them out like they're goddamn dollar bills. I even asked for "a bunch" and I got..... can you guess? One per item. I'm surprised they don't have a big banner draped over the drive thru that proclaims "one sauce packet per item!" I've had it. The next time I hit the drive in and they pull this nonsense, I'm going to park, go inside, and dump the whole sauce packet container into my bag, and I'm gonna tell em "you made me do this, you left me no choice!"

Tried to use the check in number with the app and the number it gave me she said wouldn’t work. I asked if there was a way I can refresh the app and she responded with do you really want to check in as if I wasn’t trying to as well. The app offers things because of purchases and y’all’s food isn’t cheap so of course I wanted to check in but now that I can tell my business is inconvenient to you it makes me wanna go else where, I guess walker lake it is from now on. The girl that handed the food out was kinder than the one who took the order. 640 pm on 11-22-24
I have worked at a lot of Taco Bell’s and this one is one of the best to get food at. Especially when you know how it’s supposed to be made. Great job to this team!

We ate at the Galion Taco Bell tonight. The music was so loud and annoying, it was rap music. We ordered and I got the wrong food , I asked for a double beef burrito and got a cheesy rice bean burrito. The dining room was clean , it ŵas so hard to enjoy eating because the music was blaring. Very unpleasant experience.
