Every time I come into Taco Bell my order gets messed up every time I come up in order soft taco supreme they did not tomatoes and sour cream and you supposed to have all on it unless if you don't want it on there spend so much money to get my order messed up 9.00 for three and I work my butt off with it

Service at this location is a step ahead of the other locations I've been to. We ordered more than 2 of the same item but with a different amount of cheese and sour cream on each. They labeled which had extra so we didn't get confused on which one was which.

i live close to this location and i come here every once in a while and i don't recall having problems here they get my orders right and are friendly and drive thrus are quick
The food is ok. Shell's are always stale... Ordered my food and a Baja freeze didn't get it. Line was horrible didn't want to go wait and argue as my food got cold. This Taco Bell serve sucks

The folks that work here are always nice but the stupid idea of trying to get people to order on a screen is garbage. The staff and management are great but Taco Bell in general has declined in years with quality and just completely jacked their prices.
I'm sick of this place being so stingy with the sauce packs. "Here's your food with your ONE sauce pack per item". They dole them out like they're goddamn dollar bills. I even asked for "a bunch" and I got..... can you guess? One per item. I'm surprised they don't have a big banner draped over the drive thru that proclaims "one sauce packet per item!" I've had it. The next time I hit the drive in and they pull this nonsense, I'm going to park, go inside, and dump the whole sauce packet container into my bag, and I'm gonna tell em "you made me do this, you left me no choice!"

Tried to use the check in number with the app and the number it gave me she said wouldn’t work. I asked if there was a way I can refresh the app and she responded with do you really want to check in as if I wasn’t trying to as well. The app offers things because of purchases and y’all’s food isn’t cheap so of course I wanted to check in but now that I can tell my business is inconvenient to you it makes me wanna go else where, I guess walker lake it is from now on. The girl that handed the food out was kinder than the one who took the order. 640 pm on 11-22-24
