I love our Galion Tim Hortons location. The manager is adorable, sweet, and always friendly in a non pervy way. The staff is amazing. They work hard to get orders out in a timely manner. It rarely works because they are always slammed, but they carry on with a smile, even when rude people are complaining. Seriously I love our galion location. The management, staff, and food is amazing.

The only thing constant about this place is how bad it sucks. Ice capps are soup. ice coffees don't taste right the hot coffee sucks. one day you get your three cream and three Splenda other days it coffee grinds and brown ish water. bagels are either burnt or un toasted.

honestly i only really come here because it’s the only drive thru coffee place in galion. last time me & my husband went through we said we weren’t ready to order twice & she kept asking what we wanted trying to rush us after he said hold on please. & then today i got to the window & the lady had a horrible attitude when i pulled out a coupon & rudely told me “next time you need to tell us at the window” & nothing else was said. they weren’t even busy so idk why it was such an inconvenience.

I live in Maryland and we don't have Tim Hortons. I stopped while on vacation, and fell in love! The staff was great, food and coffee were really good. I wish I had one near me, they're better than any fast food or Dunkin/Starbucks near me.

They save me this morning! Needed catering for 125 people and Eazy Cater messed up 2 catering orders in under 13 hours. I arrived to the clients venue and had no catering called Tim Hortons and the ladies put together catering in 20 mins for 125 people and where extremely understanding and helpful. I really wish they took credit card tips because I would have been happy to leave a few hundred dollar tips for thine amazing women!

The products and employees do a fantastic job and always get my order correct. When they are able to fulfill my order. 4 out of the last 6 times I've tried to stop here the Ice Capp machine hasn't been working properly, which has been an issue for months. Today it's not freezing properly because their stores AC isn't working and it's to ht in the store mind you it's already 76 degrees out and extremely humid so these poor people working for you have to be miserable. This is unacceptable, take better care of your employees and fix their equipment and store.
