honestly i only really come here because it’s the only drive thru coffee place in galion. last time me & my husband went through we said we weren’t ready to order twice & she kept asking what we wanted trying to rush us after he said hold on please. & then today i got to the window & the lady had a horrible attitude when i pulled out a coupon & rudely told me “next time you need to tell us at the window” & nothing else was said. they weren’t even busy so idk why it was such an inconvenience.

I live in Maryland and we don't have Tim Hortons. I stopped while on vacation, and fell in love! The staff was great, food and coffee were really good. I wish I had one near me, they're better than any fast food or Dunkin/Starbucks near me.

They save me this morning! Needed catering for 125 people and Eazy Cater messed up 2 catering orders in under 13 hours. I arrived to the clients venue and had no catering called Tim Hortons and the ladies put together catering in 20 mins for 125 people and where extremely understanding and helpful. I really wish they took credit card tips because I would have been happy to leave a few hundred dollar tips for thine amazing women!
The products and employees do a fantastic job and always get my order correct. When they are able to fulfill my order. 4 out of the last 6 times I've tried to stop here the Ice Capp machine hasn't been working properly, which has been an issue for months. Today it's not freezing properly because their stores AC isn't working and it's to ht in the store mind you it's already 76 degrees out and extremely humid so these poor people working for you have to be miserable. This is unacceptable, take better care of your employees and fix their equipment and store.

I dont believe this is a location based issue but an app issue. It doesn't tell you when breakfast ends anywhere and it still allows you to order breakfast even after they supposedly don't serve it. I did not get my breakfast sandwich, All they were willing to give me was my coffee and donut. I don't know if it says the hours at the store itself but the app should definitely tell you and not allow you to order after the fact. Otherwise the staff was friendly and I've never had issues with the food when I get it.

Look I know you are busy but to totally ignore a customer waiting, waiting and waiting at the counter! Then when she did acknowledge that customer she acted like she was being bothered! I do like this location but damn if you can't handle being "busy" at 8:30am then shut your doors! That's the busiest time of the day so please get it together. Oh, and the "manager" kept walking right by me! Unhappy customer Tim Hortons
