You could do better with the riding buggy situation! My 60 year old mother who is on oxygen! Had to walk the whole store! Because yall can’t keep riding buggies charged or working! Do better!

VERY disappointed in this bakery. I ordered my daughter's cake a week in advance, the woman took everything down on the ticket, I go to pick it up today and it's the WRONG cake. Instead of doing the one with all the icing designs, they did the edible image, which is disgusting and no one will eat it at the party. The woman at the bakery checked the ticket and it had the correct cake number on it, so whoever made it didn't even check and just made the easier of the two minnie mouse cakes. Now it's time for my daughter's party and we have to improvise with a cake that doesn't match her entire minnie mouse theme.

Stock in produce was low and shabby. I went specifically for the weeks pre-made salads, I walked out with one. No bagged grapefruit. No original pepperoni in meat or frozen isle. Looked like the morning after a frat party.

I was just at Kroger expecting empty shelves due to the shortages from coronavirus scare. They were stocked! Nice job Kroger!
On several occasions recently we’ve had meat (mostly beef and ground beef more specifically) go bad within 2-3 days of purchase. Never used to happen and to me that is unacceptable. This has happened on in store purchases and quick list pickup orders.

Every now and again the employees aren’t always as friendly as you’d expect; but as of late, it really takes the cake.
