Placed an order online got there. No one could find my food. Had to stand there for 15 minutes when my food was finally done instead of walking it out to me like they did every other customer in the lobby they put it over in the pizza portal instead, it made me stand there for another five minutes without telling me it was over there awful Customer Service. No one in the store knows what’s going on. Teenagers are being told to clock out for break and then continuing to work while someone else punches their numbers into the time clock for him. I watched it happen with my own eyes

Every single time I come to this location now, my order takes so much longer than it’s meant to. Tonight they gave away my food to a door dasher and had to remake it. As I sit in the car we are STILL waiting. it’s been almost an hour since our estimated time.

I ordered online/app at 7:42pm on Friday September 19, 2025. I walked in at 8:12pm when I received the notification that my ordered was ready and instructed to obtain my order from the counter workers. For the next 45 minutes they informed me that they were still working on my order. Over an hour now, I have watched food leave the store without being paid for; I have watched workers on their phones; I have watched workers play around carelessly and without care for peoples food they were handling.

At 1hr 20min they came to the cash register and asked who are you. I provided my order confirmation number, e-mail and verification; that I was there on the correct day and time and at the correct store. Then I was told multiple times we do not have your order and there is nothing that we can do for you. Even though they could see and read that I have ordered to their store and I have paid with a confirmation.

They exclaimed they could not and would not do anything for me. All while my wife and 2 young daughters ages 2 and 6 are waiting for their dinner in the truck. I like to say I have a lot of patience, but this is ridiculous. The workers told me, we cannot refund your money and we cannot make you anything. Although they were handing out the food that they were going to throw away. They gave this food to people for free that were coming in and asking for it.

1 week later now, I have called both corporate and customer service and I called again today. I am told the franchisee or owner of the store has not responded to them. They will escalate this issue and they told me to call back next Tuesday. I will call back and I will not ever go to this store again; unless it is to have a conversation with the owner face to face since he/she is a snake and wants to steal peoples money without offering any service. I have experienced this stores decline firsthand for the past 6 months. Others have shared similar stories.

My advice, do not waste your time and go to 5374 Sullivant Ave Galloway, OH. 43119. Store 8336. The entire staff is lazy, unprofessional and lack the basic qualities it takes to run a successful business.

Do not go here , ordered online for dinner and got there said they didn't have our order , gave order # still said they didn't have it so $21 wasted and 2 disappointed kids that wanted little ceasers. Will never give them my business again 0/10 recommend. This is not the first time we've had issues and can never get anyone on the phone to deal with anything including corporate.

The food sucks and the staff is very rude. Not sure who the manager is but she definitely needs to be fired. That place is a joke now completely new staff who act like they don't want to be there and you're a bother to them. Will not be returning there again. No thank you
