When I walked into krogers I was immediately met with the smell of sh1+. Not sure if it was someone shopping or what. Waited for my mobile order to be completed for about 5 mins or so. After he handed me my drinks they tell me they are out of every sandwich except tomatoe and pesto (which I had already ordered 1) I told them I didn't want a replacement for the sandwich they didn't have in stock to give me a refund. I was told they "can't issue a refund because it's not an option". I then asked then why are you selling something you don't have. they responded "we run out of stuff". If you can't refund someone then your inventory needs to be above par. Selling items you know aren't in stock and can't be issued a refund is scamming. The other 2 employees were staring at me and laughing. Interesting how they have time to laugh at people who are literally there so they can keep a paycheck but don't have time to take proper inventory. Once i got home i tried the tomato pesto sandwich and it was absolutely disgusting. The tomatos tasted rotten, the pesto tasted the way cat pee smells and the bread was worse than a Popeyes biscuit. Starbucks in general has gone down hill the past few years and this location is a prime example.

Two girls working there are so slow, one worst than the other. Just talking about their own stuff and not taking care of customers. One lady even asked for her money back because after waiting for so long she didn’t get her drink

If I could give this place a -0 I would. The lady and the man in the front are so so rude every time we come to this Starbucks she has a nasty attitude. She’s always messing up our drinks. She’s always on the phone or talking to another employee. I will not be coming back to this location.
