I specifically asked for light sauce and they basted my sub to the point that it wasn’t edible for me. It was basically a middle finger to anyone who dares to special order. I called the store 3 times and it went to voicemail. This place is absolutely horrible

I asked for my bread 🥖 not be toasted but wanted my food warmed up and so he gave me my meal cold because he was mad that I asked for only my bread 🥖 not to be toasted

The Indian guy who runs the place is the most disrespectful man ive ever seen. He was very hostile when we tried to order the 6.99 meal that was advertised on the front window. He than completely toasted our bread. We had to throw it out. A waste of 16.00! He even tried to cheat us out of the correct amount of change. Horrible customer service and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They also close th store early so I would advise you to go there an hour before closing. I emailed corporate! I'll be moving to Jersey Mike's where customers get treated with respect !

If you order from Subway this is the second or third time that I've ordered from Subway the first time was on georgesville road and I had to bring dough home to bake my own cookies don't use a coupon because if you use a coupon they skimp on your meat... I think I'm done with Subway

i went to redeem my $6.99 any foot long deal, and i was so excited about it, i literally even had a dream about eating the sandwich the day before, which in retrospect, i should’ve took it as a bad sign because even though the dream did not prepare me for the harsh reality that it would soon be, i was not satisfied with the sandwich even in the dream. I woke up though, thinking nothing of it really, and i even checked out the reviews, i was seeing a LOT of bad reviews, but i chose to ignore all the signs. once i had my sandwich, it tasted fine, not exactly as satisfying as i expected it to be, but then i got the lovely surprise of a hair in my food, and then following that, i got food poisoning. a sandwich is NOT worth the torture and pain i’ve endured and that i am currently still going through. my stomach is churning so bad, and im having a few full on world wars with the toilet. please just save yourself and avoid this subway! i never write reviews by the way.

I ordered my food through the app at 8:30 pm. My app told me the order was completed at 9 pm. When I go to the location the manager says the order did not go through. This is not true. He cancelled the order according to my credit card. I asked him what time does the location close so I could reorder. He said 11 pm. I tried to reorder and he had shut off online orders. I think this is terrible, dishonest customer service.

We came 17 minutes before close and they turned the lights off as we tried to go inside and so we tried the drive thru and nobody would take our order even though they weren’t supposed to close for another 17 minutes!!!

I use to love this place the people were always sp friendly n absolutely amazing. I stopped coming for a long time due to my work schedule changing. Started attempting to go again n it has been a struggle. I have been 3 times in 4 weeks and only actually been served once. I went to the drive through each time and sat for almost 10 mins without being served. Yes, I attempted to get people's attention a few times. The first time I just figured the drive thru must b broken so I went inside told the lady at the counter and she was so rude it was insane. The whole time acted lik it was the biggest inconvenience to make my order. The other 2 times I didn't go inside because I can't deal with all that negative bs. So after waiting so long I left. This place is a joke n needs new management or something.

Very rude, ordered the meatball footlong. Very chintzy on the meat, and they must be the smallest meatballs they could find. Definitely not going back.

The manager, V, is amazing! I called yesterday morning to ask if they could accommodate an order for 3 dozen cookies for same day pick up. She told me she could have them done in about 4 hours. I arrived to pick up my order and she needed just a few more minutes to put everything together. I walked out with freshly baked, still warm cookies. V went above and beyond for me and I'm so thankful for her!

I had ordered online when i sent my son to pick up my food wasnt ready to make matters worst i ordered extra meat and mozzarella my sub did not have any of that paid extra for those 2 things and not to get it
