Excellent service and great tasting food. Both of the teenagers enjoyed their meals as well. That's almost unheard of. We will be back!

The pick up service tonight was horrible. People were waiting so mad. I called and ordered and was told it will take 20 to 25 mins. I said ok. 30 mins passed I came in I said a pick up she said name I told her she said 26 bucks she swiped my card then inna sneaky way she left not saying it is ready or sorry we got behind nothing. She did this and she knew what she was doing! 15 mins passed and I confronted her I said you took my money and left like I’m not here. She said well I wish we don’t have all these tables I said we all have wishes but you need to communicate! Then she said it will take 30 mins I said great so that’s an hour total! The fact you work in customer service and you are grumpy you should be fired and you should never ever step in to customer service. This resturant now is in the low list of ones I’ll go to. Really bad attitude for the pick up and estimated time and being honest!

We have eaten here many times over last 7 years. We always enjoyed everything about it until a visit 2 weeks ago. Our waitress must have been very new. Tables who were seated well after us were served, finished eating and left before we were served. Waitress ignored us repeatedly walking by without even making eye contact, let alone not refilling water at all. A full 75 minutes before finally served after I had to get up, walk over to another server and ask for help. This waitress needs to be TRAINED because she was obviously failing that night. If there's a delay, just come by and apologize and let us know you're working on it. I was convinced the kitchen never got our order or lost it. The VI is usually great food and service. A good wait staff manager would have been all over this. No one was watching what was going on.

New to the area was recommended village inn for food to eat for lunch. My server maddi was supper nice and told me her favorites. Decided on a Carolina burger and sweet potato fries. Absolutely loved the food 10 outa 10 would recommend.

this is the absolute worst service i have ever had. if i could leave negative stars i would. the "manager" (a nut who has a crazy power trip and is not actually the manager) is the most disrespectful person i have ever encountered. everytime i interact with her slightly she goes A wall. please do NOT go here.

My daughter took me for lunch for my birthday. The decor was a little updated from my last visit. The food and service were acceptable.
