If you’re looking for a chill vibe with great late night service right off I 77 in Independence, Ohio, and of coarse good food this is the spot!

Their staff is friendly and helpful. While the bartender was taking care of another customer, another server Cassie, happily took my order and she was at the end of her shift rolling silverware. I really appreciated this.

Thank you Applebees for hiring such an awesome staff!

Do not order food to go here, the portions are way smaller than if you eat inside. My salad had barley any lettuce in it and no other viggies just a chicken bowl. I did get a refund which takes days but not worth it when you can go to a gas station and get your money worth!!

Hubby treated the family out for lunch right after the holiday. There was a staff meeting going on but our waitress was on point. All of the family was satisfied with their meals and beverages.

This place is terrible its just ba the atmosphere bad the service bad the food alright but my i found an eyelash on my drink and the food taste like sope and the food was sour when it was not soppused to be and for the very little food it was about 200 dollars THIS PLACE SUCKS!

Me and my family dined in today we were not thinking that the service would be so bad. A young lady was are waiter and she was nice forgot some things but was nice over all. All though we did not like on how she forgot our appetizer and said we did not order it when we clearly did she even asked us if we want it first. We waited a long time for our food that was unpleasant. The food finally arrived and I had ordered chicken and shrimp with some smashed potatoes, OMG when I say the chicken tasted like cleaning products. I literally was not able to eat that,150 dollars waisted. Hair was on my brother and my sisters food. We got a table that was broken literally almost fell on us. The waiter asked us if we were going to pay for the refill on drinks like we ain’t have money. Am sorry but it was to awful of a service to leave any tip. I honestly will not be returning due to the horrible service we received today.

My wife ordered a steak well done but there was pink in the center and well done steaks are supposed to have no pink whatsoever.The chef needs better training on how to cook food properly.The rest of the food was good though

I ordered the neighborhood burger. Advertised as two full size angus beef patties. They sent out one patty cut in half…. When I said something the manager came out and told me it’s a kid patty cut in half. Complete waste of time coming here. The staff was rude and acted like we were a problem coming in at 9:30 when they close at midnight. I heard them in the kitchen yelling the entire time. Then after I told them I didn’t want to order food they were talking smack in the back and I could hear them across the restaurant.

I got the 8oz steak medium well and it was horrible!! It was tough as a shoe!! I don't know if it's the quality of meat or the person on the grill. Either way all thumbs down!! Worst steak ever never again!!
