Applebee's Grill + Bar

My wife ordered a steak well done but there was pink in the center and well done steaks are supposed to have no pink whatsoever.The chef needs better training on how to cook food properly.The rest of the food was good though

I ordered the neighborhood burger. Advertised as two full size angus beef patties. They sent out one patty cut in half…. When I said something the manager came out and told me it’s a kid patty cut in half. Complete waste of time coming here. The staff was rude and acted like we were a problem coming in at 9:30 when they close at midnight. I heard them in the kitchen yelling the entire time. Then after I told them I didn’t want to order food they were talking smack in the back and I could hear them across the restaurant.

I got the 8oz steak medium well and it was horrible!! It was tough as a shoe!! I don't know if it's the quality of meat or the person on the grill. Either way all thumbs down!! Worst steak ever never again!!

A waitress that never filled my tea glass, a crew back in the back laughing and cutting up the whole time we were there barely saw my waitress the food I guess Applebee's just didn't want it used to be.

Please save your self from a gross experience, and stay away from this Applebee's.

Their service is horrible (long wait times, inattentive staff that forgets everything, etc.), sure. But that is not the worst part.

On one visit my fiancée and I had a cockroach run right past our feet on our way to the front door. After 30 minutes from our last visit, the meal had me in the bathroom with explosive diarrhea.

This is all over the span of a year with this place. So, whatever the management is doing there is clearly not working well at all, and they don't plan on fixing it. So, unless you like nasty surprises with your burgers and fries, stay far away from the Applebee's in Garfield Heights.

My God sister and I received great kind friendly customer service from Jason! The spinach dip was good and hot and the burgers were delicious the fries were also!

My food was disgusting I was given left out unwashed lettuce, soft stale croutons, and a ice cold bread stick. Service wait was crazy employees just watched me stand there for 10 mins before they went to tell the guy in Togo I was there for a freaking salad. Never again wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

On 7-7-2025 We did grandmother - granddaughters day, they had never been to Applebee's and they loved it, it was only 1 waitress working, but it was not a lot of people there, but she was an excellent servicer, The food is always great here

No one greeted is coming in for at least 5 min. The young man who sat us was sagging I could see his underwear. When we asked about the all u can eat, my waiter said we don't do that here then the table behind me was giving all you can eat menus. They didn't have any of the happy our drinks they were offering claiming to be out of ingredients. My food was ice cold. It had to be completely refunded and I had to have it taken to go. My waiter also bring me somebody else's food after I had eaten it she took it away from me and said I have to find who this belongs to. Which is super gross if i already ate off it.

The staff was friendly but the service was very slow. I almost got up & left before my food came. The food was good. Had a chicken sandwich with loaded mash potatoes.

The service was absolutely horrible… we were there an hour and forty minutes. It took our waitress 20,‘unites to even bring out drinks. Brought out two of my children’s dinner and then took 15 minutes more to bring out the third child’s dinner, didn’t get our spin dip and quesadillas for an hour saying the kitchen was backed up and it was being made and then came out cold and by then we weren’t even hungry anymore. The manager argued with a guest who said he ate a bite of their shrimp and threw up, and said he could have gotten sick from something else and got the police involved. Poor management cause that is wrong. It was over all terrible.
