Every time I come to this location they never have coke or anything that’s on the menu that I want to order. Employees are less than friendly and just plain lazy. I wanted the original chicken sandwich and they didn’t have it. How? This location is the worst one I have ever been to

Food advertised on the menu when ordering at one price but when rang up each item is 10 cents higher. Burgers not made only ketchup as I ordered them. Worst BK in the area will not return.

Called multiple times to see if dining room was open, employees pick up phone and hang up. Sign in window says dining room open but doors are locked day and night.

The big king wasn't fresh & them onions rings was so hard. I tried to eat them I couldn't. Yall need to do better. People paying yall come on now. These fast food chains not the same anymore people serve you stuff they wouldn't eat. I was a manager at a burger king & Wendy's. I told my workers all the time. Do not serve anybody nothing you wouldn't eat. Yall need to adjust this in yall employers/ Co workers/ employees heads

Ordered on the app. For drive thru. The young lady insisted that I come inside to pickup my food. Thought that was a little strange. But my Whoppers were great.

The fastest fast food restaurant in Garfield Heights! Food is ready hot and quick. No waiting in line for 25+ minutes like you do at the Wendy's, McDonald's, or taco bell down the street. Good to go!

Employee expressed it wasn't a lot of staff there and working with customers in the dining area and drive thru. At least they were open for business, so I felt like at least we can be more patient with service.

Honestly I used to really enjoy this Burger King, but in the past years it's fell off tremendously..... From the time you get to the order window to the time you drive off with your food, the experience was awesome. Now the employees seem like they don't want to be at work, they misplace your order with another, most of the time the don't give you all the food you are supposed and receive and the biggest thing is the presentation of your order. When I used to receive my order's, it was so neat and your burgers were well put together. Now the burgers are made sloppy and it looks like they just throw stuff in the bags. I would love to give this Burger King 5 stars but I really would like to see improvement in this business, because it has so much potential.

They were out of lettuce and tomatoes. But, the Bacon, Whopper melt is real good. I love the caramelized onions.

So far, this has been the best B.K. I've ever been to. It was very busy at the time, so my food was fresh. It tasted good. It was clean, the girl just cleaned the bathrooms and the cashier was polite.

Extremely slow and still got my order wrong.. had a mobile order and they didn't make any of the changes and add ons I requested. Also forgot a sandwich with the MIX N MATCH 2 for 5 deal... how hard can it be to read a screen

It really depends on who's there making the food. The older lady Cocoa is the best. Food be hot she make a few mistakes but the food she makes is always good.

This is the worst Burger King ever ! Who ever worked on January 24th at 6:00 needs fired , they did absolutely nothing , had us waiting and waiting since we got in line . No one would answer the speaker as we watched them have the headphones on them and there was only 2 people in line !
