Told 10 min to get cheese, 30+ minutes later. Girl at cashier spent the entire time talking to her friend this continued even during check out. She did not even address us or ask if we needed anything else. Restaurant needed cleaned but ignored... Not the experience I would accept as acceptable. Service here keeps getting worse. Will not be back to this location.

One worker was ready to fight me because I asked her could she check on how long it would be for sauce.

From their station on assembly line like robots 🤖 slavery . Door dash came in to ask for sour cream no one acknowledged her it was a line so long people walked out roll the cameras back it was terrible Corporate call me message me. It's alot

The worst chipotle experience ever. Skimpiest portions when all I wanted on my bowl was rice, steak, cheese, and guac. When I asked to a bit more cheese since my bowl was so small they put they put like 2 shreds more on. I also asked for just a bit more guac since they were so skimpy on it and got charged double! If I knew that was the policy I would have added beans instead. Narissa, the manager - refused. The bowl came out to $20.

The inconsistency is crazy. went here with my girlfriend and we both got the exact same bowl with double chicken.
One girl did her bowl, and then a different girl stepped up to do mine and i got literally half of what her portion was.
I mean, im happy for my girlfriend for getting a good meal, but some consistency would be nice. mines barely even a single serving, let alone the double that i paid for. and the quality of the meat has significantly gone down. its all fatty and rubbery and the store was disgusting. would never have spent my money here if i didnt have a gift card

Oh, and please dont respond to this with that Contact Us link with the same copy pasted "sorry" that youve put under every single review. these people arent stupid, they know how to contact chipotle. they left a review instead so the owner of this place would know how bad their customers experiences have been lately and when you copy and paste a link and a msg that says "here, talk to our website instead of me" is crazy. id rather zero response at all.

Every time I attempt to eat here, they never have this or that, never prepared, let alone doordash. Staff moves extremely slow, it’s very evident they don’t care what’s going on and neither does management, everytime I’m in they’re on their cell not helping the team. Everytime we try to doordash, the order gets stolen. It happened today as well. Manager was very rude on the phone. This location just needs to be shut own already, it’s a good day when they actually have it together. Do better chipotle, this is ridiculous already. You do the SAME THING EVERYDAY, there is no excuse for this! Independence location is just as bad if not worse. Customer should not be having to go to multiple locations because your store doesn’t have it together fix this issue already, it can’t be rocket science. 01/28/25

Line long as hell.. two employees with headsets in actively talking on the phone, 5 total employees not making food looking for other work to do besides make food. One employee wiping the counter dragging the dirty rag through the food containers….. just the same sorry service every time I go there! I will never in life go to that chipotle again!!! I walked out after being the next person in line for 15 minutes!!

The So Allows for You to choose extra portions of certain items. I asked for extra lettuce and cheese. See the photo and tell me what you think. Do better. It's sad when the people who work there have no professional courtesy to not talk about their personal lives in front of public customers. Using profanity and carrying on. Just sad.
