Chipotle Mexican Grill

I dropped my wallet at this Chipotle and one of the staff members who found it stole $180. When I went to retrieve it, the wallet was returned without the cash. I request justice.

I wouldn’t eat here they didn’t have no vinaigrette sauce, no queso, or no forks

My rice was HARD & the server refused to provide me with fresh white rice

I ordered 3 meals 2 Bowls and and a burrito on the app between the two bowls we received 1/2 or a spoon of protein they had the nerves to cover the bowl in sour cream to hid the lack of meat in the bowl, after I wanted 25 minutes for my food after it was said to have already been ready I’m pissed

Aside from two out of three employees being kind of rude, three different employees had extremely long and gross beards with no beard covering on at all. Pretty nasty, I won't be back here again

The rice was not cooked and I heard another customer raise a concern about crunchy rice. I ate the other food and skipped the rice 💀

If you want to wait in line for thirty minutes and have a a rude employee toss your food around without a care in the world this is your spot. If you love laziness and never having everything on the menu available you must try. The scanner wasn’t working and they would not give me a receipt. Had to wait 20 minutes on the phone just to get my rewards thats it. So again, if you love a good pain the butt, this is the go to spot

Stopped in for lunch was told they were only doing online orders. Order took 30 minutes to make and it was completely wrong. Great job, it must be hard to read a ticket and put the right stuff in a bowl.
