I stopped coming to this location for a while. It was just to rachet but I like the new renovation, new staff and the service has gotten a alot better in the last year But, is it just me, the coffee don't taste the same?? Am I tripping or something? Is not just this store, it's dunkin coffee in general. I think they use different coffee now! Im beginning to just say meh 😕 when it comes to there coffee now. Also if you order from app it can be faster than drive thru when they super busy.

Would be 5 star. This dunkin is pretty quick and the line usually goes fairly fast for how busy it gets. I order the same thing everyday and 2 days in a row now I'm paying for 2 orders of hashbrowns and only getting one order. I don't have time to go back as I'm usually on way to work. Awesome place otherwise.

Went and ordered a cold brew w/ cold foam and that gave me a regular coffee with with the cold foam on top it tased horrible and when I went to call the store 10x no answer

Very well kept business very professional with a smile everytime even when super busy and can handle it without freaking out and super clean bathrooms and really the entire building which usually in this area is hard to find everyone here deserves a raise 😀 I will always spend my money here when im passing through

I ordered a frozen coffee Carmel and it is some type of nut pieces all through my drink in which it should not be any type of food in a frozen drink. Called over ten times while at work to address this issue no answer. This is unacceptable because what if I had an allergic reaction from something that was not suppose to be in my drink. If there was a negative zero that would be my review. You guys really need to address this issue before someone really gets hurt n have a bad allergic reaction.

Terrible service. It says they close at 9pm but i come at 8:20 and they claim they don’t have anything and that they are closed and it’s not even the first time, they do it often. If you close at 8pm change the sign! Stop false advertising.

If i could give 0 stars i would. This place is VERY. Unprofessional the workers are rude they give attitude when you ask for the correct thing. They are openly on their phones and the donuts are dry. The bathroom is filthy and they have no AC. Just overall a bad place to get a coffee or anything in that matter.
It’s like they didn’t even try. Ordered a coollatta and I can’t even drink it through a straw there’s so much ice. I’m talking huge chunks of ice. Then I ordered 6 donuts. 4 of them were messed up, as if maybe someone grabbed them to hard and left indents.

I’ve gone to this Dunkin for over two years now and it’s declined after its remodeling. Extremely slow wait times for in person and drive through orders. Online orders are not up to par as items become cold due to the extended wait times. There’s a difference between an extended time due to going during morning rush, and waiting 10-20 minutes on average.

I came in to buy a donut and coffee and enjoy it inside and there's no AC? It was at least 85 degrees in there. VERY UNPLEASANT. Would have stayed in but it was unbearable. It's insane they have people working and cooking in there in that temperature. INSANE. It's literally heat exhaustion level. Thought my iced coffee might melt waiting for my order!!! Fix it!!!
