I’ve gone to this Dunkin for over two years now and it’s declined after its remodeling. Extremely slow wait times for in person and drive through orders. Online orders are not up to par as items become cold due to the extended wait times. There’s a difference between an extended time due to going during morning rush, and waiting 10-20 minutes on average.

I came in to buy a donut and coffee and enjoy it inside and there's no AC? It was at least 85 degrees in there. VERY UNPLEASANT. Would have stayed in but it was unbearable. It's insane they have people working and cooking in there in that temperature. INSANE. It's literally heat exhaustion level. Thought my iced coffee might melt waiting for my order!!! Fix it!!!

Terrible service. The staff is at best, unprofessional and at worst, completely negligent. They seem more interested in their conversations than attending to patrons (supervisor included). I was made to feel unwelcome during both visit . Will NEVER return for a 3rd!!

Third time in a row coffee has been sitting too long and taste bitter.The new workers don’t seem to know they should make fresh coffee and not let the coffee sit in the pot for hours. The new management they had last year was great but they fixed up the store and the new crew is not properly trained. I avoid this location and go to Parma now. I will tell all my friends and family the same. If you go to this location, just ask for fresh coffee. Also this location does not have chocolate milk ever.

The kast 6 times that I attempted to get food at this Dunkin, I waited in the drive through on average o 10 to 15 minutes waiting for the customer in front of me. And there's always a line to boot. I tend to give up and leave. Needless to say I'm not ever going back to this dirty place. And it was just recently renovated.

The absolute slowest service. Waiting in the drive thru line is torture. Example: pulled in at 11:17 am with a mobile order… Pulled out at 11:47am If it wasn’t already paid for, I would have left long before.
I love my morning coffees from this location. Recently though the morning shift has slowed down drastically, which is a bummer because you're usually in the drive thru for no more than 5 min now I've been 20 min or longer which is totally unacceptable. Watching from the window the crew is just very slow moving and just seems careless. You can lose alot of business this way.

Lock the inside down would not let me get my pick up order. Had to wait in a 30 minute drive-through after already submitting my order and waiting the 15 minutes to grab it.
