I went to Dunkin’ Donuts on Garfield Turney and because I asked for light ice she made me a half a drink and told me because I asked for light ice I got a half a drink and she said she’s the new general manager

The new crew at the Garfield Hts location these past two weeks are doing a great job. My orders have been correct, and the speed of service in the drive-thru has been great.
Not a good place at all. The service is EXTREMELY SLOW! Employees are rude and disrespectful. The looks emoyees give you are very creepy!However, when I called to voice my concerns to the manager, she was very kind and disappointed in her employees.I would avoid this location at all timez!!

This Dunkin Donuts is spotty at best. When I visit the drive thru service is always great! But my coffee is inconsistent. Sometimes the coffee tastes fresh other times it tastes like they used Day old coffee.I had to stop getting the food here because it always tastes like cleaner. Like they bleach their appliances and the food soaks up the taste and I plan to call in for that. I walked into the store today and smelled the cleaner that I taste faintly in the food. It’s concerning. After my simple coffee order was messed up today, I won’t be back.

I am baffled by the stupidity of this location. Simple ice coffee order somehow turned into a 12 dollar merge with another coffee somehow? The workers just stand around and look irritated at me that they can’t understand I ordered one coffee, not some mixed flavor concoction. Pouring coffee must be too hard.

Every time I've went there it always takes forever for a single donut & yesterday I went there & got a ice coffee & donut for my kid & we were the only two people in the store it still took 15 minutes for that & the workers were just wondering around in the back besides that they're never friendly or polite this store needs better workers & managers because it's always like this

PERHAPS IF WE IGNORE CUSTOMERS THEY WILL STOP BOTHERING US! This was the most customer-unfriendly Dunkin Donuts I have ever had the misfortune to wander into. A bit of advice for the owners: if you really do not want customers to patronize your shop, simply lock the doors and post a sign so that they will not bother your staff at the counter and force them to actually do their jobs. I think most folks thought that the purple biohazard tape on the doors was for Halloween, but maybe it wasn't and they were warning customers to stay away? In that case, do not go to this location, but for a more concerning reason!We stopped in to grab a quick dozen on our way to meet some friends and saw there were two gentlemen working the window and another working in the back but no one covering the counter where two customers were already in line. We got in line and two more customers came in after us. A chime signals each time the door opens, and the only time one of the workers acknowledged the growing line was to exclaim annoyingly that there were a bunch of people at the counter. We waited...and waited...and waited. In the 10-15 minutes we were waiting, the two customers in front of us and one behind us gave up and left. We finally decided to leave, and the one customer behind us stayed at the counter, looking like they were about to give up, too. Sadly, this is the last time we will ever attempt to patronize the Turney Road Dunkin Donuts location in Garfield Heights. Bon chance if you do!

Food was good, fast and the coffee was hot. My family ordered at 6:30 and we had our three sandwiches and coffees within minutes. The girls working we're super pleasant and kind! Restaurant was renovated.

I don't understand what is so hard about following simple instructions, but apparently the indian woman who took my order is either stupid or there is a language barrier. I don't speak Hindi, but what I ordered was very simple, and I didn't get what I wanted. Not even close. I asked for French Vanilla, Cream, and 2 Sweet N Lows, and what I got tasted like ALL cream and nothing else in it. Even the label was completely wrong. Really ruined my day. I don't like spending money and not getting what I want. The management needs to watch her. She is a problem.
