This is definitely the best pizza in Garfield and I'd say a lot of our surrounding city's. Owner is a super nice guy . Food is always great every time we get it. Never been disappointed! Hope it says here for a long long time

I have worked in the Garfield Hts area for almost 8 years now and anytime I think of having pizza for lunch or dinner, I think of East Coast Pizza. Their pies are always hot with fresh ingredients. Delivery service is great however, if I order pickup the parking has never been an issue. My staff and ladies at the group home love them.

Ordered from East Coast Pizza for the first time today and I'm so glad we did! Our daughter's team was playing at Garfield Heights HS and we needed quite a few pizzas delivered. The gentleman I spoke with when I called to order was so kind and helpful. When the delivery driver, Pete, delivered the pizzas, he was so patient and spent almost 15 minutes of his time trying to locate our team to deliver the pizzas. In addition, the team loved the pizza! We will definitely order from them again in the future for the pizza and the great customer service!

Best pizza I've had in a while. I've been on a mission to find the best pizza in the Cleveland area and so far, east coast is winning. You can taste the quality ingredients and the love & care that went into making the pizza. The establishment is CLEAN and appears to be family owned/operated (my favorite type of business to support). The gentleman that served me was friendly and efficient, both on the phone, and in person during pick up. Can't wait to come back. Quality pizza and good service is so hard to find anymore, thank you easy coast pizza!

Had it last night and I don’t think I could go anywhere else. The young man and his dad are very kind and the food was delicious. Me and my wife will be back soon!
Had delivery to our hotel the pizza was swimming in grease couldn’t even eat it . Call the restaurant and was told “well you ordered pepperoni”(like I have never ordered it before) RUDE ! He hung up when he offered to come back and get it and a refund , I said yes !!!!
Great pizza. Highly recommend. Just as good as Tiffany’s. Taste great reheated too
