Giant Eagle Bakery

They were very helpful with finding items that I couldn't find.

I love this Giant Eagle. I wish that during peak times, they would have more cashiers, but I understand and stand patient in line. This store is always clean, it's quiet, and always has a nice selection and stock of items I am looking for.

Mysteriously mysteriously I went into the shine Eagle with $30 in fuel perks.Or food perks, I didn't use any the next day they're gone I still don't understand what happened.But somebody stole my point somehow not cool

Totally ridiculous the lines were just unacceptable they need cashiers bad even the self checkouts were into the aisles just ridiculous

Today this location was very busy and clearly understaffed and the lines were very long. There was a person in front of me who was frustrated and continued to yell and scream at the manager and employees. No one else in the store was complaining but this man just continued to belittle the manager and employees. The manager jumped on a register and even tried to talk to the man and he continued to just scream at him. This manager today 9/1/24 4:15pm (I didn’t catch the managers name) did a great job with the tools he had and remained calm and continued to help customers even with this unnecessary chaos! Hopefully this reaches him or whoever is ahead of him in command and lets him know that we seen him and he did great despite what this person may have said during this interaction! He did not deserve to be yelled at that way and that customer did not earn the respect and pleasantry that was given to him.

I would never shop at this store every thing is probably contaminated from the store being built on a landfill

A line of customers and only one checkout line. Even the self checkouts are closed. I will never be back.

Would like to give zero stars for the curbside pickup experience.
Went to pick up my order after receiving text it was ready and no one came out with the order. No one answered the phone at curbside pickup. After 1/2 hour, I was told your order isn't ready and no shoppers are there either. Curbside personnel went home at 6pm even though my pickup was scheduled for 7 pm. When I asked how could I get a pick up message if no one pulled the order, I was told it must be some "technical glitch". Really?
Of course, there's an automated message at corporate to call back at 8 am in the morning even though they are supposed to have 8 - 8pm ET customer service. What a waste of time this place is!

Cashier was so slow I thought... yes, hiring 10th graders who cant think or talk to ring up my $150 worth of bearly empty bags is a great idea.

The Pharmacy staff are wonderful. This has been my pharmacy for nearly 15 years. Emily. Karen and the techs are helpful, courteous and professional.
