I had to give one star because that’s the only option I had. This place needs the health department involved. They smoke cigarettes and black and milds out front and go right back in straight to the food. No handwashing at all. They go from the window and the cash register and back to touching food. They are gross!!! They are slow and rude. Especially the older white lady with the glasses. She harasses the young kids that work there and then she calls them disrespectful when she’s the only disrespectful one. I’ve seen her in action and she tells the customers things about the employees. So unprofessional. This place’s days are numbered!!!

First time at this location and it was pretty bad for a first impression. There was a very long wait, it seemed like no one knew what was going on, there were arguments in front of customers, and my order was wrong when I finally got it. Never again.

It's been 12 Days!!!!On 2/17/24 my pizza order was scheduled for pickup at 8:34pm. Upon arrival I noticed that the store was closed! It's Saturday night ??. What pizza store is closed on the busiest night of the week?! I called the following day in hopes to speak to a manager. I would of loved to have my pizza order made a day late with possibly some bread sticks added for my inconvenience. The manager was not available. I asked when the store manager would be in. They asked for my name and number and they would have him call me. After I didn't receive a call on the 19th, I called their corporate office. The customer representative also tried to call the store and he there was no answer. The courteous representative (Eli) assured me that a regional manager would be contacted and I should receive a refund that day. Nothing! I called the 22nd,26th, and the 29th. It's been 12 DAYS already! Stop brushing off your consumers! This is a Franchise store. The owner needs to do better! If they are careless enough to close when their sign and online service says their open. Then they are extremely disorganized behind the scenes! I will not spend my money where I'm not appreciated. When the people refuse to support them financially. Reckless franchises like this store will have an opportunity to treat their customers with respect and give them the great service they are entitled to. We The People Deserve Better!!!

I frequent this location because of its proximity to my house ;however, the convenience doesn't outweigh the poor service at this location. On more than one occasion, the workers have been less than pleasant, and during my most recent visit, they weren't serving a full menu, and they still got my order wrong.

Omg! Please tell me how this store is even still open??!! They employ THEE most laziest individuals I have ever seen!! The so called managers sit outside in their cars and smoke nasty cigarettes dang near the entire shift! It's ridiculous and the owner of this operation is just as bad because it's obvious they are not paying attention to this store!! Ugh!!

Every time I order online, which is 90% of the time, I show up and they "don't have my order" yet I paid 30 mimutes prior and have confirmation. Then they give me attitude about me wanting my product after that. Have to wait 30-50 minutes after that. It's poorly ran, poorly managed. The only good thing about this place is the lady that gives my kids cookies in the drive thru. The franchise doesn't care either I've tried to complain and get my money back on wrong orders umpteen times.

I'm pretty sure there was only one person making pizzas today. So with that said I'm assuming they are short staffed. Wondering why the side door is most of the time open. I get itit gets hot, but that's a sure way to ger robbed. Service was great. Cashier was polite and welcoming.

I’m not sure what happened to hot and ready at this location but I’m over the pull up, order and wait situation so I ordered a head of time and I got some bread that wasn’t cooked all the way and the pizza tasted and looked like it had been sitting ?

The store never has the lights or open sign on so it always looks like it’s closed. It is never clean or organized. The last time I went they said all the machines were broken. The electricity was on but all their machines were broke? I have now found a new location and travel to get the pizza. I wonder if the owner knows how the store is being run?
