Placed order online directly Marcos, included a 2L Pepsi...DOOR DASH delivered the order WITHOUT the Pepsi saying the store was out of Pepsi.Called the store directly and was told that the driver said that we would take Diet Pepsi instead, but it wasn't even delivered...Store said there's nothing they could do about it because they don't have the name of the driver that ran the delivery.This is why people shouldn't pre-tip...

Worst customer service ever, especially for a place that can only manage to melt cheese on soggy bread and call it pizza.. This place is an absolute joke. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t ever be ordering from here again.

This place is a joke, one of the worst in the the franchise. Place an order at 17:45 with the deliver time of 20:24. Get a text at 2045 that my order has been deviled but not food was. Called the store at 2105, 1st told me that is was sent out, then told the system was down for 2 hours, then told that is there so witch one was it? Can be all three decently was not 1st options. So when I call I asked to talked the manager the halfwit told he was, the I ask for the manager again the I have get them so who's who's? At 2115 just cancel my order, refund still pending. KEEP AWAY FOR THE LOCATION. Too bad we can't give neg. ratings. There are other Pizza places to order form next time it will be them.

i ordered pizza walked in to pick it up all the employees in the back looking no greeting or anything the pizza which wasn’t cut the way i requested also a side of cinnasquares which were not cut and hard just terrible.

The Philly pizza was the best pizza our family has ever had. Hands down the best! The Plain Wings and Double Chocolate Brownie were excellent too.
