Slowest service, unfriendly attitude with customer service, and make sure you double check your order because it’s never right. Sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes waiting for an order of fries and a drink. The second line always move faster than the first and honestly there’s just no method of service here. Someone from corporate definitely needs to check in.

When i say the service from both young ladies in the drive thru was TOP TIER i had to tell them usually service from young people can be dry no etiquette on their cell phones but I was greeted with smiles and told have a beautiful day it truly was an awesome experience keep both of those young ladies in the drive thru they were AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!

Now I usually don’t leave reviews..but wow, this place was horrendous. The customer service is terrible, not only do they have you wait an extordinary amount of time. But you would think since you had to wait that time, that the food would at least be presentable, and that it would AT LEAST have everything you paid for in the bag. It’s honestly sad how little they care. I wouldn’t come back here ever again after this, it’s gone too far at this point and they’ve completely stopped trying and are just barely pushing through to get peoples money and it’s pathetic. I am telling you now you WILL be disappointed coming here, you will be left distraught and you will have the rest of your day ruined if you eat here. They all collectively do not care about you or what they serve you. There’s many times I’ve tried to give them a chance but every single time the service delays even more. I won’t be surprised when the tiniest bit if this place is shut down in a couple months because that’s the clearest path that it is on.

Deserves 0 stars. The guy at the counter is terrible at his job! The manager was helpful sent me back and forth between inside and drive thru. Obviously they need to be bulldozed! Shake my head!

I order food off the McDonalds app and when the driver gets there, they tell her I order breakfast after 10:30am which the app doesn’t even let you order at the cut off time and when she tried to replace the order they wouldn’t let her. Honestly this location has went down hill and they need new management
