McDonald's on Turney Rd is the worse place ever to go to the service is beyond slow and they always mess up your order

So I ordered at the speaker, they took about 5 minutes to even answer, then I pulled up to the window and payed, pulled up to get my McFlurry and they said "Sorry we are pouring the ice cream in it now it will take about 2 minutes" They parked me and I waited 20 minutes for my McFlury and they didn't bring it out so I asked the car parked next to me and he also ordered a McFlury so we are both waiting, I went in to get my money back and no one paid any attention whatsoever to me and then asked "Can I have my McFlury please" and the drive thru worker said "Well I don't know it's not my problem" So I asked for th manager maybe 3 minutes later they came back and said "he bee out In a minute" so I finally got my McFlury after 45 minutes. So 1 star for service because they were rude and slow. But the ice cream was good.

Food is fine it's McDonald's after all but the service here good Lord is horrible has got be the wrose of all the McDonalds in ohio to many employes in kitchen not knowing what they doing/playing around 30 min wait at counter drive through and online order and one of my mother's nuggets look like someone took a bite out of it FIRE EVERBODY ON NIGHT!!!!!

Worst McDonald’s in Cleveland gave me the wrong order. Made my daughter late for school manager. Still won’t call back. All the staff is ghetto.
This McDobald’s is so poorly run. Every time I make the mistake of coming to this location it is a nightmare. They can’t keep up at all, even when they aren’t busy.
My advice is to just avoid this location unless you have an extra 30 minutes of your day to waste.

This particular McDonald’s makes me HATE MCDONALDS AS A WHOLE! Go inside to order bc nobody is in there, yet still want FOREVER! Go through the drive thru and ALSO wait forever. Kids always playing around or on their food or just generally NOT in ANY KIND OF HURRY. Ridiculous!

Food is good but they are always missing something in the bag and never have my order right. They also get real lazy during night best to go in the morning if you want your order to be right because they get really lazy and never give you everything that you’ve paid for from my every experience from them. This is a horrible place to get a quick dinner from.
