All of the food I ordered was not in the bag, and one of the sandwiches I ordered was mangled. One of the patties was ripped in half. I called the number on the receipt provided to tell them about my experience. I spoke to someone named Connie who was not helpful, she was condescending and said the food was made by humans. I was confused, I will not return to this location and I don’t recommend it.
Man $15 hr and you can't even get the order right. Can we get automatic McDonald's already. This place has got to be one of the worst McDonald's in Cleveland area. This is considered extra onions.

Tried to order in the drive thru. No one answered the second window after waiting some time. Drove around to get in the first window line. They then proceeded to answer the second drive thru window. The driver in front of us did the same thing. Now we have to wait in the reserved line. Got here at 6:30pm left at 6:42

I’m not much of a complainer, but I can’t stand spending $10 on breakfast and not be satisfied. The workers would be pissed if they got served what they served us or were treated the way they treat us. You serve your customers the way you expect to be served. I ordered the same item a couple weeks apart, the only difference today is, I didn’t go to the drive-through and corporate was there walking around inspecting. I’m pretty sure based on the pictures I posted you can tell which sandwich I got a couple weeks ago and which one I got today.
FYI: This review is for anyone considering a job opportunity a McDonald's on Turney Rd. My daughter just left a position there for unfair treatment. If have a social condition or are a teen most likely you going to be mistreated. There is a lot of yelling at the workers by the Supervisor/manager. I spoke to the owner he referred to the employee as "those people ". He is more worried about making money than how the staff is being treated. Be careful before taking a job there. If you do speak up for yourself. If anyone else had a bad experience please post.Endora Potter

This location is the worst one around, I'm so glad I chose not to work here! They always have the worst customer service, management and crew members are always horse playing and talking loud while saying obscenities in front of customers. The dining room is constantly dirty, and bathrooms are apparently not cleaned regularly like they're supposed to be. They need to hire some new employees because they treat this place like a playground and not like a JOB! They seem like they just don't care about the workplace and it's just sad. The food always takes forever especially after 6/7 PM. My nuggets were good but that's only because the person ahead of me ordered two 50 piece nugget boxes so they were made fresh. And the pies were good, but not hard to mess up considering they just have to bake them in the oven. Sorry to hate on this place but I'm just speaking the truth!

Such a GREATTTT place, ordered a cheese burger large meal, the service here is outstanding, a nice young man took the time out of his day to make sure everything I got was correct for me. 10/10 would go here again and the managers here are great and the place is great. The ambiance and vibe here is always bright and is totally a safe place to bring your kids!
