I had a bad experience at this restaurant too today. I had to go in and ask for a manager. The alleged manager was rude and condescending towards me. I asked who was another lady that walked past the counter and I was told she was a manager. I spoke with her about my order and she was apologetic about the situation. The owner needs to review these reviews, everyone can not possibly be saying the same thing about your staff and it not be true.

The lady taking orders and working the pay window at 10pm on Sunday Nov 23rd was quite literally the meanest woman I’ve ever met. She didn’t let me finish my order, every time I tried to add something to the order she screamed at me to pull around. Then when I got my order it was missing a drink and she screamed at her coworker for me to move my car. The guy handing out food at window 2 looked so sad and apologetic. I can only imagine working with her is miserable. Not to be that person but if I managed this McDonald’s I’d check the schedule and let her go. She was MISERABLE, RUDE and UNKIND.

My teens had a horrible experience here. THEY forgot half their food and then were extremely rude as well and the sandwiches they did get the bread was hard and the fries were soft and limp. Ewwwww. They had to leave there and go to Wendy's to get some decent food. 😒 Work on how you treat and talk to ppl cause I don't play aboht my kids!

I had accidentally pulled forward for my online order and didn’t know. I had to stop at the first window so instead of politely saying something, the lady leaned out the window and yelled at me in front of the cars behind me and the car in front of me with all of our windows down, I said oh I’m sorry I didn’t know I had an online order Even though I had checked in at the speaker and she continued to yell at me. It doesn’t matter you need to stop here. She just leaned out the window and was extremely rude yelling at me in front of everybody, which was kind of a very embarrassing situation for me. I do not appreciate that. She had on a gold wig that was shortcut like a bob cut. I don’t think I will be coming there again if she is there because that was just blatantly rude .

Just went through the drive through at 1106pm was told they were closed except for door dash which is not accurately reflected on your listed hours online.
Just sat for 10min waiting for a 10piece nugget and fry, while 5 other cars behind me got in n out quickly. Finally get it and the fries are cold and there's no sauce for the nuggets. Big disappointment after work.

The restaurant is clean with ample parking. The food was barely warm over several visits 3 months or so apart from each other. Staff gets confused about orders and are very unprofessional.

Food was fresh, give and take, it depends on the day and service was quick. I do appreciate the friendly budget meal. I'd rather go to this McDonald's location then Turney Road location.I feel they put a little more care in preparing the food. Must respect in regards to the staffing because customer service is not easy when dealing with the public. However lots of fast food places doesn't taste the same compared to back in the day.
