Then customer service there is extremely bad. They do not know what they’re doing nor do they know how to process online orders. The general manager was also extremely rude and unhelpful. I showed them the phone where my order was placed online and the guy who is on the intercom could not find my order. I make the same order at the McDonald’s down the street on Brecksville road with no issues.

I guess it’s O.. k. The bathroom is always funky and the toilets look yucky. The floors be slippery as hell… and it always feels kinda unclean. Even though there’s a black guy who seems to be one of the managers..he tries to clean up etc… but it’s just the feel of the place. Like they need for upper management to come and deep clean the entire restaurant. I went to the restroom there a couple times and I just stopped because of the cleanliness being off

Waited in line for 20 minutes. Got up to the order screen and was told they were closed. This was a Saturday night and their hours on line were listed until midnight. Pretty crappy service. Hire better people.

I recently visited this location , and it was a complete mess. The place was dirty, with food scraps on the floor and tables that hadn't been wiped down. To make matters worse, the employees were incredibly rude and unprofessional. They were loud, used foul language, and acted like they didn't care about the customers at all. It was a really unpleasant experience, and I wouldn't recommend anyone go here.

This place made the mistake of not adding the 10 piece meal and then couldn't add it even though I had to wait for food that wasn't ready at the window that doesn't affect their time. Places be lying sooo hard to act like they're fast food.

Ive ate here for two years and im never coming back. I pulled up to the drive through. They ask me for my order after after I give it to them they ignore me. They never reply or finalize my order. I'm left sitting there at the speaker for 10 minutes while they take people's orders in the lane next to me. Knowing I'm there ignoring me. The guy behind me even got upset and saw it. Yelling into the microphone. They didn't care that ignoring me affected other customers.

Owner owns both locations in Garfield height and it's very poor service , old food , incompetent workers maybe they should go up on they pay or come work the restaurant their self instead of hiring lazy women and men who give you old food , nasty attitude.... save your self the trip the owner has a no refund policy even if you don't leave with the food BUT IT DOESNT SAY IT ANYWHERE ?
