Why is this place still open? Certain kids there are LAZY, BAD ATTITUDES & SLOW. The managers there are just as bad. The floor is dirty and slippery. I must complain because this is pretty pathetic, At least acknowledge the customers that pays your salary instead of just walking pass them

Certain employees refuse to give you your receipt. They like to keep them for themselves for whatever reason. Sometimes if you pull up to order they'll make you wait and then someone new will drive up to the other side and they'll take their order right away while you been waiting.

Ordered thru mobile app went thru drive thru order was still not ready, so they had me pull up and park. Then part of the order wasn't in the bag , so I went in and stood and waited for someone to help me.
Watched an employee drop the cups all over the floor then proceeded to use the cups for customer orders.

Had a mobile order. Sausage McMuffin, 2 hash browns, large coffee with cream and sugar. Pulled up, literally took them 20 minutes just to get my order together, that I had placed over 10 minutes ago. Not only that but they gave me a black coffee which is not what i ordered. Went back inside and all of the employees are just standing around yapping at each other. You've gotta be kidding me! Got my cream and sugar on the side. Food is fine, but the service and attitude here needs some serious work.4/24 you guys need to clean the bathrooms in this place! Men's room is disgusting! Spend less time yapping and screwing up people's orders, and more time giving good customer service.
I stopped going to this McDonald's because every other time I'm there I pull in they tell me to hold on wait a minute and then 2 minutes later somebody else pulls into the next drive-thru and they take their order first. Young lady in drive through window playing in her hair no one wearing gloves or hairnets with hair down to their ankles. When you pull up to the window if your food is not ready they will let you sit there wondering what the wait is, Then they come to the window and ask you what is your order.

The manager charity was rude and refused to recook my food after they gave my food to the car in front of me and then tried to give it to me. Then the customer service rep didn't want to serve me that bad food so another customer service rep decided to serve it to me. When I refused to accept it he got mad and was rude. Then the manager came out and she was rude after I left I discovered by tasting the food that it was the old food they they tried to give me the first time. I went back and she refused to give me my money or new food. I called the police and that's how how I found out her name was charity. charity was the one who didn't recook my food the first time and brought it out to me with a chocolate milk I didnt order with an attitude. All of this happened because the crew didn't want to work they were too busy playing with the manager I left empty- hand so they stole money from me and gave me rotten Foods
