Fresh pizza, made right when you order. They limit how many guests enter, so pickup stays quick and smooth. My meal was hot, tasty, and ready right on time. Truly grateful for the care they put into everything. Keep rising with this excellent service!

I have tried multiple times to give this particular store a chance. Every time we get a pizza, they dock the entire dough all the way up to the crust. When they do this, the crust does not rise and it does not even taste/look like a Papa John's pizza. On top of that, they don't even know how to cut a pizza properly! Every time we get our pizza, it's half cheese and half pepperoni, and my half is always much smaller because they are cutting it uneven every single time! This is not how Papa John's is supposed to be and it doesn't even taste like their pizza. I recommend solon's pizza because they are better than ordering in the Bedford area and their pizza always comes out excellent

The pizza was okay, I didn't get that wow factor eating it, maybe it was the way I ordered it.My expectations of the boneless wings what's different. I ordered barbecue boneless wings, and it tasted more like breaded chicken nugget wrapped in foil and dribble in BBQ sauce. From the presentation you can tell it was put together pretty quick.

The customer service was great and food was done on time.
Every time I go they cut my pizza wrong and end up having to fix it or give me a pizza to make up for it. It's getting ridiculous. And I hate that it specifys $7.99 carryout 2 topping large on their sign. But what it doesn't say is that is only for coming in to order it. You can't call for that price. I don't have 10-15 to wait for you to still get my order wrong, just to wait another 10-15 minutes for you to fix it.

I wish I could give zero stars. I placed an order for delivery and it never came but the online tracking said it was delivered. I called the store and the highly incompetent person I spoke to who would not give his name said my order was still there because there were no drivers. I told him it said it had been delivered and I asked for a refund, he then said there was no record of my order. I’m sure he was just making stuff up and he wasn’t even good at that. I’m still trying to get my money back.

Terrible pizza. Cheesy bread was baked crispy like a cracker, literally crunchy with zero cheese pull. The Shaq-aroni pepperoni pizza was dry, no cheese, and little taste. Also ordered a sausage and pepperoni. Again, dry, thin pizza with no cheese, little sauce and just a chewy piece of crust.
Never again will I order Papa John's.
Delivery took FOREVER so I picked up my cold, dry, thin chewy items. Nothing looks like the online pictures.

Went on Saturday night to get a pizza and cheesy bread. The cheesy bread looked like trash (see pic). My husband and I also both got sick within a couple hours of eating the food so idk who’s not washing their hands or showing up to work sick, but DO NOT GET FOOD HERE.
