DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE!!!! I ordered delivery twice from here, first time order took 2 hours to get to me, couldn't reach the store and only transfer thst works is to the ordering call center. Today I order 2 pizzas cheese and chicken with BBQ sauce. Second pizza had bacon and onion on it called 5 times finally got a hold of the store then I was told that I would have call the store (if I can reach the store) to use the credit. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY!!!! Im 2/2 on bad experiences from this location and would suggest pick up and expect to make 2 trips or order from somewhere else.

Food is gross pizza undercooked and nasty. I've literally had better frozen pizzas made at home. Boneless chicken taste like cheap chicken nuggets also gross. Spent 70 dollars on food that wasn't even hot when it got here and literally didn't even eat. Do yourself a favor and just order Domino's. This place is disgusting. You also can't reach anyone in store by phone because the phone rings a few times and then hangs up. Ridiculous!!!

SUPER DUPER GLAD they are under new management. The location looks WAY cleaner, brighter and organized. The staff was also organized, in the sense that there was a particular person to cash clients out, so there weren’t too many hands in the mix. I saw the guy wash his hands before he handled my cash and afterwards. My pizza was cooked to PERFECTION!! Nothing was undercooked or No sloppy presentation. I will definitely be giving them another shot again. I hope the staff is trained equally all around to maintain consistency.

I don't know how hard it is to make pizzas, to cook them and do it the way the customer asks for especially going off of a screen or these idiots that work at this location don't care. Got there and was told a pizza in my order has to be remade, finally comes out of the oven "now that's how you make a pizza" said the person cutting it.. get home and it's the worst looking pizza I've ever seen. Literally no sauce, covered in undercooked cheese and not cut into squares like a select when ordering on the app. The company needs to take a look at this location and look into replacing all the employees and all managers and start over. It's constant no one cares or cares bothering to read the screen and see how someone wants their order. Definitely finding a new location, this is asinine at the incompetence of the "workers" and "manager(s)" AVOID THIS LOCATION IF YOU WANT QUALITY MADE FOOD AND COMPETENT WORKERS! ☺️
No gloves used at all touching all over key board and places fingers back on food had to get a refund got my $25 back , that place is very disgusting & workers are unprofessional also they had me waiting for 30-40 minutes I go inside .. the worker told me 5 more minutes I waited a extra 5 minutes I go back inside food still not ready POOR SERVICE shut this place down !!

I ordered delivery around 12am and they close at 1am and there was never any update on my pizza until after they closed that the pizza had been delivered. No “baking in progress” or “Driver on the way” and the pizza was NEVER delivered to my house. I called the store and spoke to a horribly rude man who “called the manager that delivered the pizza” and he insisted that the pizza was “handed off to someone” which is also entirely not true because on top of the pizza not actually being delivered I had it delivered as no contact. And as I was explaining this he hung up on me. So I just wasted $20 on a pizza for it to never be delivered and for some awful customer service. I don’t even want a replacement pizza I just want a refund and some respect!
