I waited fourty minutes to get food at this place. You have to wait and wait and wait. Get your pizza somewhere else. All the other pizza places are much better than this one! Ridiculous!!!!!!!

I’ve been here for over 30 minutes waiting on two DoorDash orders, the parking lot is full and not one person has gotten their orders yet. We’ve all been here 30 minutes or longer I’ve been inside the store twice, the first guy said “they’re not ready yet” rudely then told me to wait in my car. The second time I went in literally a half hour later the lady says “they’re still not ready” what the hell is going on? You have stacks of pizza ready but none are any of the 6 cars waiting in your parking lot orders?

Ordered 2 original crust pizzas and cheese sticks online. My husband said the boxes felt super light. When we opened the boxes, they gave us 2 thin crust pizzas, not cool. My husband called and asked for the manager and we got our money back.

This establishment and others like it in the area have become staffed with extremely un- professional members. The cashier was rude & nasty to a point where I couldn't believe that this person was an employee. Exchanging money using the cash mashine then going right into working with the dough, not even washing her hands or anything. The boys and I mean boys making pizzas were talking so loud using slurs, obscenities, and joking so much over the ingredients and the food that they were making, I had to believe that food was being contaminated with sprays from all the talking saliva of that which I saw.. I will NEVER patronize this location again . It only takes 2 minutes of walking in to see what I mean. Preferably, these days, it's best to watch your food being made so you can see the un-professionalism you're actually being charged for. The FDA and whatever health agencies need to observe this place and other food vendors in this area. If you eat from here, good luck. I've lost all interest.
I honestly wish I could have tipped more because the service is amazing as always. I love Papa John's because the food is fresh and delicious. Savory sauce and cooked perfectly with options for well done. They are a bit heavier on the sauce than I prefer but you can request less. Reasonably priced and one of the only places left that accept cash on delivery. Definitely get the garlic sauce ?!!!! Thanks for the good food as usual.Dietary restrictions: The have gluten free and vegetarian options
I ordered the New York style pizza Saturday and it was cold and dry, I called and complained and was offered to have another one delivered and I said ok. They called me back and said I would have to bring the old pizza to the store before they give me another. They are really stupid, the reason I wanted delivery is because I'm disabled duh. So they told me in the future just call the store and the pizza is free. Fast forward.I called the location today Monday and hit 5 to speak with the Manger like I was told to do. He placed my order to be delivered at 5pm. Didn't get it until 5:30 and the order was wrong. I called again and the same Manger was just rude and totally unprofessional, kept talking over me and being flipped. I'm done with this location!!!!
