Just went there a few minutes ago and there is an impatient old dude running the window. Don't be impatient with customers. That's mean. It hurts. It sucks. If you can't be patient then don't work with people.

Got a venti sized they served it in a grande. Then dumped it into the venti and blew the mixture. Not to mention floating chunks in the coffee. ITS STARBUCKS THE BEST IN AMERICA RIGHT? Act like it. Then I called and was offered a replacement. Great now I can drive all the way back and make 2 trips for 2 coffee? Thats just not it. And who knows what will be wrong with this 1. Wife goes here daily sometimes twice and also I get bacon egg guoda quite a bit. Gonna have to shop elsewhere

I came here today I have never been insulted by somebody in the Drive-Thru like the girl that was at the drive-thru today at 1:08 p.m. terrible service rude will not even help me do the tip everybody has in the past I can't see the machine she could have easily pushed the dollar instead she was very rude then I asked for a stirrer she walked away like I wasn't even there this girl should be fired curly head girl with lipstick on terrible

Completely wrong mobile order! Didn’t notice until we were back on the expressway. Checked my mobile

The level of service brought to this location by their employees, in general, is lacking. They are not representing the Starbucks brand well. Not attentive, slow, and not well spoken. The quality of the product is as expected.

When I went it was not busy at all so I actually enjoyed a hot cup of coffee and was not annoyed by loud chatter from other customers

6am on a Saturday and staff was ready to rock. We were greeted with smiles and got custom positive messages on our cups. Which were much needed after driving 40 min. to CLE Hopkins only to have our multi-leg, 20-hour, int'l flight cancelled for the 2nd day in a row (by American, for the record)... Sometimes, the little things go a long way. Much appreciated!!!

The server / barista at the front with a shirt dread bob locs is very short, dry and rude. Attitude is awful. Also, was on her phone texting in the middle of taking my order — which takes away from efficiency of the riders. Their manager, Jesse Titus, needs to do a better job of having the partners greeting guests when they come in and carrying out a positive attitude — we get it. No one wants to work but at least be good as your job. Starbucks has gone down hill.
