When I went it was not busy at all so I actually enjoyed a hot cup of coffee and was not annoyed by loud chatter from other customers

6am on a Saturday and staff was ready to rock. We were greeted with smiles and got custom positive messages on our cups. Which were much needed after driving 40 min. to CLE Hopkins only to have our multi-leg, 20-hour, int'l flight cancelled for the 2nd day in a row (by American, for the record)... Sometimes, the little things go a long way. Much appreciated!!!

The server / barista at the front with a shirt dread bob locs is very short, dry and rude. Attitude is awful. Also, was on her phone texting in the middle of taking my order — which takes away from efficiency of the riders. Their manager, Jesse Titus, needs to do a better job of having the partners greeting guests when they come in and carrying out a positive attitude — we get it. No one wants to work but at least be good as your job. Starbucks has gone down hill.

Worst experience at Starbucks ever. Went in and waited for 20 minutes to get someone to take my order with only one person ahead of me.. 5 baristas and they only served drive through and takeout. Will never go back.

I love this Starbucks!! I come here regularly and everyone is always so kind and efficient! The line is always quick at this Starbucks and the drinks are always good!

I only come to this location for the excellent service.

Specifically Anthony, he is consistent every single time and I come through a lot.. he always has the best attitude and energy.

I don’t think the baristas are always set up for success with scheduling and random policies Starbucks enacts (this is my own speculation) and have a stressful job. He’s always just an absolute delight in terms of service and making you feel welcome and happy. He also does a final quality check on what he hands out to make sure it’s right. That means a lot and I feel like he’s the blueprint for just a great person and barista!

Not a bad location. A few items I have ordered I was questioned on how to make, which were general orders. I’ve also been questioned when asking to use almond milk. I’m assuming the workers were just new. I hate how the drive-thru is positioned and may deter some customers.
