I ordered 3 sandwiches, 2 toasted; my husband's sandwich didn't have much vinaigrette (we requested extra) and only 1 of the sandwiches was toasted.

Customer service terrible, throw the meat on bread, vegetables was bad, co worker playing with bread machine, quality of food poor, meat thrown all cross each other, poor attitude, communication was poor with the food ordering, employee had on head phones failed to listen and made food wrong.

Pulled up to your store at 8:23pm tonight and you have your doors locked and just sitting around in there I’m sure that’s not what’s supposed to be happening.

Don't take coupons. I don't think you should call yourself Subway if you don't honor their coupons to me that's ripping people off.

The working staff works very rudely with food and slams the doors very loudly with household appliances and throws food. I don’t like to evaluate, but it’s very bad when you ordered food and he scatters your food on the tables, I hope the bosses will read it.

I just visited this Subway trying to use my coupons that came in the newspaper upon entering I told the subway employee that I wanted to use my coupons and he told me that they don't accept coupons at this location
This store has taken down bad reviews previously. So reposting as a beware for anyone considering this store. My order online was not complete, when I arrived I asked to add the items missed and was told they’d do it this time but in the future too bad. So I have no intention on returning. I’ve spent hundreds of $$ at this specific subway and they could care less about their customers.

The young guy that works here is super duper stingy with the sandwich toppings, and rude too. He puts exactly one microgram of whatever veggie you dare ask for and then yells “what else” and then you’re supposed to leave a tip too. He needs to be fired.
I ordered thru the subway app. While waiting i recieved a call from the dasher that was supposed to pick up my order. They sounded frustrated telling me that they wouldnt give him my order. I then called the subway, and they told me that someone had already picked up my order and left. But it wasnt the dasher that came to pick up my food,and that they couldnt do anything about it. His reasoning was they said my name and he gave them my food and that was it. That since i had already paid for it thru the app ,that i couldnt get anything ,regarding a recept,and they couldnt remake the order. Dispite, me never getting the order at all. He then proceeded to cancel the order and ofc i never got my money back. So someone stole my order ,and nothing was done about it.

Ordered online got a mvp steak sub. Bread was hard no steak an not to mention the sandwich was a little bigger than a golf ball. Walked in guy had an attitude while waiting on the food the guy was load and talking about use and our order. Not mad just a reminder why it's been 5 yrs since I have been to a subway. Stick with ANY other sub shop.
