The treatment we received was racist and unacceptable. A group of African American women were treated with disrespect and rushed out of the establishment. My order was incorrect, and the employee was rude and dismissive. When a customer of the same race as the staff arrived, their tone and attitude changed completely. The difference in treatment was clear and uncomfortable

The employees are rude. I was going to get a dozen chocolate chips and I said I wanted them fresh. They had them in the oven. The guy refused and wanted to. Sell me the dry cookies and tell me they were fresh. The cookies looked lifeless.

When we first entered the environment, we were giving dirty looks, and then when we ask for the cold cut of the day, he automatically assumed me and my wife wanted baloney Unfortunately, we won’t be returning due to him overcharging, poor Customer Service and rude behavior

I ordered 3 sandwiches, 2 toasted; my husband's sandwich didn't have much vinaigrette (we requested extra) and only 1 of the sandwiches was toasted.
Customer service terrible, throw the meat on bread, vegetables was bad, co worker playing with bread machine, quality of food poor, meat thrown all cross each other, poor attitude, communication was poor with the food ordering, employee had on head phones failed to listen and made food wrong.
