I don't even waste my time anymore. When you pull up to the drive-thru it's always something they don't have or they only accept cards or someone gets on the speaker with an attitude like I'm getting on their last nerve because I want a second to look at the menu I haven't met a good employee yet and I have been in Garfield Hts 8 years now but I stop going there over 3 years now it's that horrible I get mad every time because it never changes.

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever experienced anytime I get Taco Bell. My order is either wrong or absolutely cold Anytime I go there. And it takes literally 15 years to get the food. Workers are lazy Don’t make sure that the food is correct in the bag nothing.

Be cautious! I went through the drive through today and the car in front of me paid with cash. Then, they charged my card for both my order, and the order in front of me. I'm assuming the employee kept the cash. The cashier on the receipt is Jameisha N. Pay attention to your charges if you must stop!

there staff are lazy, they sat there the whole time while letting another girl make tacos by herself. unprofessional. employees are sitting back there laughing and not helping costumers.
