After a few visits, id rather drive the extra distance for morality and knowledge of Taco Bell products.
I was repeatedly given cheese on my tacos after expression a dairy allergy.
This location is hardly open for breakfast and the employees add extra versus knowing their menu items.

Always come here first bad experience. Drive Thru cashier kept asking “ anything else ?” Was on the phone the whole time guess she was mad because me ordering food interrupted her phone call . She was too lazy to fill the ice so she didn’t give us any ice in our drinks . Was
Too lazy to change the Baja blast so I had to get Mountain Dew . Got two bell grande meals didnt put forks in our bag bc her personal phone call on her cell at the drive thru window was so important
They make you pull to the yellow pole so it looks like more people are coming lol. And they take forever for food, attitudes are the worst here as well.

Just went through to buy $10 worth of food. They charge me $45 laughed at me and said well we'll give you a refund. It'll show up eventually and then gave me the wrong food and told me I had to go. They're robbing people here don't do it
That girl Crystal at the window got the worst attitude get her outa there. Didn't do nothing to her and she slammed the window is she ok?

Drive through customer service was not customer friendly.
There was no sauce in my bag.
When I asked her for sauce she turned her head to talk to a coworker then she hands me some sauce all mild but she totally ignored me requesting hot sauce as well.

The workers were great and the food was good but those workers definitely deserve an updated store. The counters and tables were definitely well used and well worn. They were clean but you cant clean away normal wear and tear from old counters and tables. The employees deserve to have Corporate step up spruce up their store.

I would like to provide feedback on my experience this evening June 26 at the Garfield Heights, Ohio taco bell. It was highly disappointing. First after placing the order I asked for the code to the bathroom and was told they were both out of order. I have never experienced this before and felt accused like I was stranger off the street. Secondly, we could tell that the drive through orders were being prioritized. We placed our order at 7:00 and received it at 7:16. Third, after receiving our order I asked for 2 plastic cups for water and was told that I had to purchase a cup for water and they didn't do that. I have never in any fast food establishment or taco bell been told this. Furthermore, the staff were incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful. Also the store was totally filthy. I can provide pictures if you would like of the store and how dirty it was.

They were turning customers away at their drive thru claiming they were closed because they were “short staffed”. I could clearly see at least 3 employees through their windows when I drove around to leave. I would assume if they were truly short staffed, they would just advise a longer wait time for service and food, not literally decide to close the restaurant early. I am positive corporate didn’t approve of this decision.
