Sat at in line 10 minutes at the order window, then sat another 15 minutes to get my order. Music playing in the kitchen was loud and the crew did not have great window presents, just handed me my order and went back to talking with other crew members.

The person on the speaker and at the window was rude. Also, they didn’t give me the right receipt. When I checked my bank account, they had charged me more than what they should have. Finally, my burger did not have bacon in it and it was cold. Definitely never going to this Wendy’s again.

These workers are extremely incompetent. My people, we need to do better. Blasting music and cussing aint it. They need new management and take the KIDS out of this location. Why are yall handling 1 car at a time from start to finish when there is 6 of yall in there??? Multitasking doesn’t exist here?! Why are the workers eating sandwiches while I’m waiting 20mins in line to get a damn chili and drink. Chili yall. Just WHY. Either you’re on break or you’re working. Unacceptable. I would fire them all in a heartbeat. They obviously don’t care about the job anyway. I will continue to report this location to corporate

Super hot inside no AC the management needs to get that fixed asap not only for dine in costumers but for the sake of their employees I couldn't imagine working in the back how much hotter it must be near the cooking equipment smh

It never fails I have not been here in a very long time but thought I’ll give it another chance since we don’t have a lot of options in this area and once again for the last time I’ll never be back like how am i supposed to eat this Just east the bacon alone what happened to breaking it up so I can eat it with a fork the right way

Was passing through the area and happy to see Wendy's. I was greeted by a nice lady as I walked in. She explained the new ice cream options. However, I purchased the large original frosty and French fries. Fries were fresh. I ate in the dining room. There were students hanging around, though they were sitting at tables and laughing and chatting like teenagers do. I relaxed and ate and left. I parked in far corner, not realizing you wrap around the back of building for main parking lot.

Employees wearing black masks over their faces revealing only their eyes, rap music blasting, young lady left the register for extended period of time with customers waiting. The worst experience I have ever had in food service... I waited almost 30 min for 3 items.
