04/21/2021 I visited this location before heading to class & my service was DEFINITELY not the greatest. There was a long wait, per usual, and I was charged for 3 items that I did not receive. When being handed my bags, I asked for ketchup and salt...Eric responded & stated “Ain’t no ketchup and salt in there already?” I said “I don’t know, but I’m asking for more.” I also wanted another BBQ sauce, where I handed Shamara a quarter for as she rolled her eyes in irritation of me asking. I pull to the exit just to have my passenger check to make sure everything was in the bags & OF COURSE it wasn’t! Not only was I late for class, but didn’t even enjoy the meal I purchased because of the inaccuracy of it. If the drive-thru screen were fixed, I probably could’ve read my order to make sure it was correct, but that doesn’t work either. 🤷🏾‍♀️

Update to March 31st 2025: I ordered a bacon and cheese potato with chili added and this is what I received….A potato with cheese, BARELY bacon and a drizzle of chili. I had to change my rating from 2 stars to 1.

Why's the guy running the drive-thru in such a rush. Asks "Anything else?" and when we said "Yeah" he says the price and to pull forward and sounds exasperated when we added something to the order

Drive through took 25+ minutes with an unprofessional manager. When I pulled up to the window, I hear loud music and see people standing around. Food was not fresh for it to have taken so long.

Cashier was not friendly! My fries were old and the tomato on my sandwich was mushy!! Too long of a wait for nasty food and not so friendly service!

Why don't you want to make money? Cleaning the frosty machine .. yes I saw you cleaning it at 130 am ... I just really don't understand as a manager in my own company why you wouldn't want to make more money by having things open until you're closed at 2:00 a.m. as an employee I do understand why you want to get stuff done however in today's economics we can't afford that s***.. so.. maybe you need to look into this.

Not sure if they’re under staffed, or just don’t pay attention or if they just explode under pressure during a rush, but there always seems to be something wrong with order, either I don’t get food or the food isn’t prepared/cooked properly… very annoying specially when we have to sit in drive through for over 20mins. And theres something definitely wrong with their fountain drinks/machine🤮

Parking: Watch out for the vehicles that go in and out of drive through

Waited in line 10 minutes at the front counter with 4 other customers and they never took an order. Just told us all we had to wait while 3 employees counted the money in the drawer in the back.

Worst Wendy's ever.
Just lucky corporate gave us a gift card redeemable any location.
Ordered online and it took 47 min to get cold nugs & ff that were cold enough to stick together. Said chili was gross, checked in at around 20 min in line - the next 27 minutes were required for the car in front to sit, eventually cuss them out and peel off, never got my chicken sandwich. Spent $17, got $5 in ice cold food. They were practicing gang signs in the back, 5 of them, while the window guy very slowly worked.
Had other bad experiences, but this one was hateful somehow.

I get Wendy's on the regular it's really good but this certain Wendy's as soon as I called to see if they had any special in the mail today they amainly hanged up didn't reply and that's one thing I did not like about talking to Wendy's right at this moment but I'm pretty sure it was just the person that had an attitude but for the most part I get Wendy's and the food is perfect great but the service today was a total no no for me

I ordered bacon junior cheeseburger, biggest bag. Fry's was cold, bread was ripped, and a thumbprint on top of it. The pop tasted like the machine needed to be cleaned out. No type of care in the food. The only good thing is that the drive-thru line went quickly. I guess they wanted to get rid of the food. It's a win-win situation, depending on who is preparing the food that day.

Constantly takes forever to get your food. Hardly ever right either. I ordered on the app and when I get to to window, they don’t have half my order. I cancelled but still got charged. I was out $18. After this last straw I will never go back. This location needs a complete rebuild or closed.they even talked my credit card company into denying my claim. You have been warned.
