The wings are always fresh and a nice size also good fries and corn. Great as a warm up in air fryer the ranch dressing is a great quality

Wing Stop on Rockside Rd is horrible. Went Sunday around 4-430 and was told that I could only place a order online. Then yesterday I placed my order online. Garlic Parmesan bone in . And I didn't see one drop of parmesan on my chicken. But I saw a whole bunch of stuff that looked like sand mixed with oil in the bottom of my box. And chicken was way undercooked. I won't be returning to this location EVER again. I rather go on the other side of town to wing stop.

From my experience in all the Wing Stops they serve day old wings and just pour your sauce on top, then heat it up as though they were just cooked. Second time this has happened. No thanks. I'll just cook at home.

My 1st visit was a great experience. The food was excellent & the staff, friendly. However, I will warn you all not to go late night. I made that mistake. I ordered chicken wings online. Not only was the order not close to being ready at the time stated on the online receipt but I was sent home with nothing more than bone-in chicken jerky! 🤦🏾♂️

Omg, it was so busy tonight, pero the young manager lady with the dreads jasmine was super rude to her employees while I was waiting. I literally heard her cussing them out just ‘cause they were asking for help. Like girl, relax! The whole time she’s on her phone texting, and I’m just watching my bag sit on the counter for like 10 minutes.
By the time they finally called my name, my fries estaban soggy and my chicken was already cold. I wanted to ask for a refund, but honestly the workers looked so stressed especially when the manager lady just dipped out sin entregar la comida de todos.
This is a poor display of this business. Nunca más voy a regresar aquí. Totally not worth it. 👎🏽
