The young man at the window, is truly a precious young man. My card wasn't running and set off a fraud alert when it was swiped and he paid out of his own pocket, for my cheese coneys. I had 6 $100 bills on me, but they didnt have change. He was so kind! The food was great!! Wonderful family owned Gold Star!!

This good star was clean. The waitress was awesome thank you Crystal. She went above and beyond and was smiling. Love her attitude.

Tonight my fiance and I ordered online for us and our daughter, as we always have done, to make it faster to get our food. When he got there the two workers there who tried to tell him our order wasn't in their system. We ordered once and it said charge failed, we ordered again and the order went through. BUT, our card was charged TWICE. Once they told him they didn't have pur order he stated that was impossible and showed them that he was charged twice. They told him it was corporate and had nothing to do with them and they just wanted to close down. It's was 9:23 pm, you guys don't close down till 10 pm?! If shaireen was there, we would have gotten our food and one of the charges refunded. I am calling corporate tomorrow and giving them the store number and letting them know the manager Crystal is stealing monwy from customers. Never eating here again.

The person running this store named Crystal is rude as hell to me everytime I go thru the drive thru and 7 times now I have went at 730/8 after I get off work and she said she turned the grill off and can not order any burgers, why have it on the menu then, she missed out on a big order several times now
