Past two times in were horrible. Last week my wife tried calling for 20 minutes and no answer. Finally ordered, go in 15 minutes later, only to be ignored by 4 employees for 10+ minutes. No one said "someone will be with you" or "have you been helped?". Tonight I was helped after a few minutes, but came back to pick pizzas up and it took 14 minutes extra just to get my order that I prepaid for. For only 2 ahead of me, that was BS.
