Can't even get what you paid for, and only give half your order while waiting for 20 mins in the drive thru. This place is becoming as bad as taco bell right across from them. Definitely don't recommend.

Give garbage that's sat under a warmer for hrs but the last visit I'm done. I went and order thru the app parked in the curb pick up lane and waited and waited 15 min and not that busy there were 3 cars in the drive thru and 4 cars in parking spots I had to get the food because all the workers who were not on break and not running the drive thur were talking to an ex employee so they were busy I always received terrible service at this place I should of been done a while ago but I am now.

Today makes the 2nd time in less than a week that I used points to get a boo bucket happy meal. My 4 yr old granddaughter told me she only got 4 instead of 6 nuggets the first time (the box said 6) and I thought she may have counted wrong. Today I order another boo bucket meal to see if the color had changed yet and when we looked at the nuggets- the box said 6 but only 4 were inside. My husband added bacon to his dbl Qtr and after arriving home and opening the box there was no bacon. I have met the owner of this location years ago and know exactly how to get ahold of them, however I don’t want to bother them personally. I’m hoping they are notified of the reviews. There is a problem at this location and someone needs to make a surprise visit!

It's McDonald's. You shouldn't expect anything fantastic but to be completely honest. This is the one and only McDonald's that I've gone to. Probably 4 days a week for years. That doesn't mess up my orders and they're sweet tea is always great. The one in Mount Orab is usually terrible in comparison. Unfortunately the prices are the killing point at McDonald's right now. Way too expensive for what it is.
Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is a little tight but they do have a nicely painted crosswalk and employees will bring the food to you if you use the app and list your table number.

Ordered my breakfast on the app at 10:10 I sat in drive-through for 25 minutes and then when I got to the window, they said that oh sorry we can’t do breakfast for you although it was already ordered and paid for. So they proceeded to give me my money back

I mean I've never met a manager so unwelcoming in my life. I've been working out here in Georgetown for about 2 weeks every day I get McDonald's breakfast the first time I visited the restaurant it was around 7:00 in the morning and a worker told me that they don't open up until 8:00 so the rest of the week I start going a little after 8:00 giving them time to get their store together I start arriving about 8:20. Today I arrived at 8:23 a manager outside smoking and yelling at one of the other teammates about something I could not make out then he looks at me and my partner walking up and shakes his head yelling McDonald's is closed McDonald's is closed come back after 9:00. We could clearly see customers inside of the store. His attitude threw me off so bad it ruined me so bad I looked up the store hours on Google to see what time do they open online it said open so I then called into the store and ask are you guys open because you never know what be wrong with people and their motives this world be so biased you cannot trust people.. when he seen us turn around and come back to the store he got red and he tried to run into the store before us still yelling still having an attitude I asked him why tell us that he grumbled through his cigarette and continue to go right to the food Line and prepare whatever he was without even washing his hands corporate can check his reactions on camera I'm sure they can find a better teammate to run the store ...
