Foods like any other McDonald’s, they will mess your order up though. gave my girlfriend a hug because she was crying and the old lady that works there yelled at me like I was a little kid. As an adult I will not be treated like a child for showing affection. Absolutely unacceptable

I visit this McDonald’s regularly, they lost me as a customer today. I waited for 30 minutes in their drive thru line. As I pulled up to have my order taken, the menu changed at 10:30, I explained I had been waiting in this line for awhile and I was there for breakfast. They refused to let me order breakfast. I just really didn’t understand why. I was at the speaker when it changed. That wasn’t fair to have me waiting that long and then just refuse to let me order it. Mind blown. Does not care about their customers and maybe if the drive thru didn’t take for ever I would have got my steak bagel. 10:30 on the dot bs 0 out of 10 would not recommend

Can't even get what you paid for, and only give half your order while waiting for 20 mins in the drive thru. This place is becoming as bad as taco bell right across from them. Definitely don't recommend.

Give garbage that's sat under a warmer for hrs but the last visit I'm done. I went and order thru the app parked in the curb pick up lane and waited and waited 15 min and not that busy there were 3 cars in the drive thru and 4 cars in parking spots I had to get the food because all the workers who were not on break and not running the drive thur were talking to an ex employee so they were busy I always received terrible service at this place I should of been done a while ago but I am now.

Today makes the 2nd time in less than a week that I used points to get a boo bucket happy meal. My 4 yr old granddaughter told me she only got 4 instead of 6 nuggets the first time (the box said 6) and I thought she may have counted wrong. Today I order another boo bucket meal to see if the color had changed yet and when we looked at the nuggets- the box said 6 but only 4 were inside. My husband added bacon to his dbl Qtr and after arriving home and opening the box there was no bacon. I have met the owner of this location years ago and know exactly how to get ahold of them, however I don’t want to bother them personally. I’m hoping they are notified of the reviews. There is a problem at this location and someone needs to make a surprise visit!

It's McDonald's. You shouldn't expect anything fantastic but to be completely honest. This is the one and only McDonald's that I've gone to. Probably 4 days a week for years. That doesn't mess up my orders and they're sweet tea is always great. The one in Mount Orab is usually terrible in comparison. Unfortunately the prices are the killing point at McDonald's right now. Way too expensive for what it is.
Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is a little tight but they do have a nicely painted crosswalk and employees will bring the food to you if you use the app and list your table number.
