I have been going there for decades and always loved it. The food was always awesome. Not so much lately. Yesterday evening I called to place an order and all you get is an answering machine, telling you every one is busy, to go online. Then it just hangs up on you. REALLY. That is what I git the last 2 times I've tried to order. Who does that? For one thing I was driving and couldn't go online, another thing is a lot of older people don't even know how to go online. The time before those 2 I managed to place an order, but the Stromboli was terrible. The bun was like plain dough with the cheese melted in with it. I sure do miss Marybeth. She was on it. This makes me sad.

We eat here about monthly or more but the past few times they forgot some part of our food. Today we did carry out and I walk in and the guy is scraping scum off his teeth with his finger nails then they forgot our pasta salad when we return for it this is what we got. It's about a 1/3 the size it's always been and for the price this place is struggling to get my praise. Management needs to recess in my opinion.

everything I have ordered from here has been burned, overcooked, made wrong ect. they refuse to fix any of the mistakes and just make excuses for them. I even returned a wrong 8in hoagie and they replaced it with a 6in. the employees have been rude and I will not give parkers another dime

If you are a vegetarian, Parkers serves one of best cheese strombolli anywhere!!
My pizza tasted like a Red Baron pizza from the frozen section of a grocery store, that they added a little more cheese and toppings too. Service was quick and friendly. But my wife and I will never be back.

They are more worried about their carry out then the customers inside over 40 min for a hoagie now I see why I quit going there wish I can do 0 star tried to pay for drinks and Appetizers..but they wouldn't let me had to pay for full meal and didn't eat this place has gone down hill
