9/17/25 - We were there for an hour and a half before our food came out. Little to no attention while we waited, so much so that our ice had fully melted in our drinks long before the food came. All potato products came out incredibly greasy. Nothing was great. Rough to wait that long for food that wasn't great. And then we were simply thanked for our patience. That's fine, but honestly after a certain number of hours, some accountability is in order. In the form of some type of something being comped. But that didn't happen. I can't imagine a situation where I would be enticed to return.

My family orders lunch from Parker’s almost every Friday. My ten year old son has autism and is non-verbal, therefore he uses a communication device to communicate. He always wants to call our order, so we’ve been practicing. We let him, with our assistance today. Thank you for being so kind and patient!! You have no idea how much this made his day!

Carryout is a joke. You never get what you order and the food is never hot. I miss the days when Roger and Robin ran the place it was always great. I've spent a lot of money here over the years and will never eat here again.

I have been going there for decades and always loved it. The food was always awesome. Not so much lately. Yesterday evening I called to place an order and all you get is an answering machine, telling you every one is busy, to go online. Then it just hangs up on you. REALLY. That is what I git the last 2 times I've tried to order. Who does that? For one thing I was driving and couldn't go online, another thing is a lot of older people don't even know how to go online. The time before those 2 I managed to place an order, but the Stromboli was terrible. The bun was like plain dough with the cheese melted in with it. I sure do miss Marybeth. She was on it. This makes me sad.

We eat here about monthly or more but the past few times they forgot some part of our food. Today we did carry out and I walk in and the guy is scraping scum off his teeth with his finger nails then they forgot our pasta salad when we return for it this is what we got. It's about a 1/3 the size it's always been and for the price this place is struggling to get my praise. Management needs to recess in my opinion.
