TRASH! I think they look for a reason to give you less meat than you got the last time you were there. It is overpriced garbage! You pay nearly $20 for a meal, you get less than $1 worth of meat on your tacos! I left out of there hungry and pissed off!

Paid over $20 for my order. I asked them to hook me up with the nacho fries since every other time I’ve ordered them they’ve been old, not filled up, or the cheese cup only gets halfway filled (his response was he’d do the best he could do.. no suprise they turned out bad). Then I ordered a Steak Grilled Cheese Burrito just to have to run back up after I got home bc he rung me up for a Steak Supreme. The lady was polite and fixed it, but it was cold by the time I went to pick it back up. Not a great experience:(

Went through the drive through ordered our food and was asked if we wanted sauces. I replied yes hot and mild please. Went to the pick up window got our food and no sauce in the bag so I parked walked inside and waited patiently at the counter only to be greeted with what’s wrong. I politely asked for the sauce again and the team member threw there hands up like I was inconveniencing them. Fast forward I drive 7 minutes home and the food is ice cold.

Customer service is absolutely terrible! We have tried to go here three times and every single time the wait in the drive-thru is no joke 20+ minutes! Their drive-thru is a single lane so you are unable to leave while waiting to place your order. Not to mention workers are in their pajamas which is very unprofessional. The third time was not the charm. We will never come back!

Kiosk order. Added extra chicken and cheese to a Caliente bowl. Found 3 pcs of chicken and a pinch of cheese. It cost like $11. Only here bc my granddaughter had to have Taco Bell.

Forgot to order my son’s food through the drive through. Tried to order food at the window and was told I’d need to come back around to order more food. She’s mad she working at 10pm on a Friday. Not my problem until now.
