Forgot to order my son’s food through the drive through. Tried to order food at the window and was told I’d need to come back around to order more food. She’s mad she working at 10pm on a Friday. Not my problem until now.

Worst experience I've ever had in Georgetown.
Went through the drive thru and the lady kept acting like we were annoying. She then gave use the wrong food, no receipt, wrong size drinks. Asked if she could correct this and she was shrugging her shoulders like it didn't matter. I had no receipt to prove this.
I paid close to $30 and got nothing more than 2 burritos and some nachos throw in the bag.
This place is the worst thing added to Georgetown ohio.

One of the smaller Taco Bell locations I've been to. My parents and I dined in. Service was prompt and got us our food quickly. Got the Deluxe Cravings Box and thought it was a good value compared to other nearby fast food options.

Littlefoot On the trail

Went there today. 2 cars took 15 minutes to get my food. 2 cars. All I ordered was a Mexican pizza and 2 chalupa’s. Would have been ok if the food was good. The Mexican pizza was busted up and the meat was obviously old. It was dry and flavorless. The forgot to put the beans on it. The chalupas were the same. Got the chicken and it tasted old and as cold. Will not be back. Georgetown is going down hill fast.

I went through the drive-through on July 20, 2024, and the young man that was working the drive-through window and speaker was very kind and patient with me. You don’t see that a lot anymore very polite , helpful,and well spoken young man Taco Bell needs more workers like this. ! The food is excellent ! One of the best Taco Bell‘s I’ve eaten at ! 5*!

Put in a pickup order to be picked up at 1 but when I got there I still had to wait 10 minutes and then I didn’t receive what I ordered. I ordered the cheese it tostada but they did the wrap, didn’t have time to get it fixed cause I only get 30 minutes for lunch, hint the reason I put order in on line to be done for pickup at 1. They probably would be great if they could get people in there to work.

I recently stopped by Taco Bell for breakfast and decided to try the Crunchwrap Supreme Breakfast with sausage. It was delicious! The wrap was well-prepared, with the perfect balance of crispy and savory, packed with flavor. Unfortunately, like with most fast food, it did upset my stomach a bit afterward, but that’s just typical for me and doesn’t reflect the quality of the food. Additionally, the service was excellent; the lady who served us was very polite and made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, despite the slight discomfort later, the meal was great, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a tasty breakfast option on the go.

The young blonde girl that took my order was polite and ensured my order accuracy. I've had issues in the past with this taco bell so I stopped going for a little while but decided to give it another chance... was NOT disappointed. Whatever staff change was made was a good move!!! I will be back to this location soon!

I ordered on the app paid for my food on the app and went to pick it up and the place is closed no body at all inside this trash it shouldn't have let me pay if y'all was closed but it says y'all open till 1am
