The Florentine Restaurant

Was there yesterday and was seated and then ignored, noticed 2 others came in after us and got their drinks first and the appetizers while we were still waiting on our drinks, finally the waitress brought most of the drinks except for mine and was completely ignored, I was ready to order but by this time I was not happy and I told her I didn’t want anything so we left, I have been there before with no issues but yesterday it was horrible. Don’t know if I will be back, service was that bad!

The food and atmosphere was amazing. Will definitely be back!!!

Not what it used to be, sadly. All the style from the past is gone. Service horrible, food was horrible as well. Will not return.

My sister and I ordered the French toast with custard and berries, and we got something overcooked with a few berries on top and no custard in between the slices of bread. My niece ordered chicken salad on a croissant and we all tasted it and it tasted like it was Out of a container from Kroger. It was not fresh at all. She was not offered another selection nor was she offered a refund for the sandwich which didn’t even have a bite out of it. We just tried the filling. My other sister had the baked frittata when it came. The bottom of the eggs were all hard and dry and brown almost burnt. She could only eat the middle of it.

My daughter in laws took me there for Brunch and I have to say the food was awful. It must of been left over from breakfast. The food was dried out what was left bacon flooting in grease and everything else dried out. Fresh food should of been put out. Service was good but everything else was disappointing. This was our Mother's Day.

Had lunch on Easter and it was excellent. Came back for Mother’s Day total unorganized mess. Had a reservation still waited 20 minutes. Potatoes were dried out, no syrup for the French toast, gravy was watered down. Awful for that price. No more brunches for me!

Your menu does not describe Florentine Chicken as fried chicken and well over cooked. Big disappointment! Sorry won’t be back.

My girl and I placed reservations for our 1 year anniversary and were given a great table next to the fireplace (so awesome). This building is so well restored. The ambiance absolutely sets the mood. I got the Chicken Florentine, which was outstanding 👌. My girl got the pork chop and said it was probably the best she'd ever had. Major compliments to Chef Rob! The man made an already memorable evening even better with his abilities to whip up a delcious meal. I plan to return many more times.

My wife and I went for Easter brunch. It was very nice. We enjoyed the food and the atmosphere.

Took my wife here for her birthday. We have been trying new places and had heard good things. Interior was nice and we didn't have a wait. Seems the crowd doesn't come in until after 6. Food was good but pricey. Service was not the best. Our waitress was underdressed for a nice family place. Later when discussing it with my sister, she said they had eaten there a few times and it was hit or miss. Sometimes really good and sometimes not so much. Probably wouldn't return.

Great Easter brunch buffet

Service was great. Food was extremely hot and fast. Came in for a late lunch.

I got the cheesehamburger and the meat was fine, but the brioche bun was hard as a rock and I just ate the meat instead of the bun. The fries were just ok. There really wasn’t anything really great about the entire dinner. The service was great. The atmosphere is great, but the food is not very good. Paid 250 some dollars for the bill, talk about overpriced and not very good. I will not be back. It’s a shame because our waitress was really good but other than that, I cannot recommend.
