People were nice but the food is just not good, no flavor and dry. We've gone a few times to try to find something good but it's just not good.

I got an order to go. Once I got home, I was surprised at how small the bowl and bag of chips were. The rice was not done. It was still crunchy, and I had to hunt for the chicken. The pic shown is after 2 bites. I've been to this location and other locations as well, and I never have I experienced quality like this. I called back and spoke with someone who questioned me when I said the rice was not done and stated that the portions that are given are according to what corporate sets as standard. Well, the other locations must be losing money with their portions. Do not recommend it and will not return.

It's 8:25 on a Saturday night and they are closed!!?

Not a good day at Germantown Hot Heads. Food is usually amazing! Portions full and hearty… Service usually always superb. This afternoon however was the exception. Food was not great, service worse! Brown rice under cooked… hard even. About 10 small diced up cubes of chicken in an entire bowl. The portion of the bowl was so much smaller than any I’ve ever had. I wondered if somehow I received a kids portion. Ordered chips and Queso also.. only a 1/4 of bag had chips… nothing but air to fill the paper sack. What Made everything a little worse was the attitude of the young lady making the food. This was this afternoon around 12 to 12:30 PM. The portions of the food and the chips made it seem like they were barely scraping by and needed to save food for other people. We usually go in the evening and the gentleman who works the register and makes the food is amazing, but today was a major exception. spent money on food we could not eat and to top it off, the young lady did not care when we called to express the issue. Brushed off and blamed others. if I were to go back to this location, it would be only in the evening where it seems like you were treated nicely. the food is warm and the portions are full . The young lady who worked this afternoon needs to find another profession. Customer service and food prep is clearly not her forte.

Food was okay. The ingredients such as the veggies and pico looked old and chewy. Service was great. The only.issue with service was that the cashier didn't know how to take a fountain drink off and exchange it for a cooler soda. the store was filthy.the tables and floor were littered with food and trash. And there were only 2 other customers in the store. It should have been clean.

For whatever reason they are incapable of properly cooking rice, 4 times in a row i have had undercooked rice and a crunchy burrito. Despite the crunchy rice the staff is very friendly.
