Hot Head Burritos

We have eaten at several local Hothead Restaurants, but Germantown is our favorite. The service is friendly and they have always been quick at keeping the line moving. We often use the pickup service and the food has been ready on time when we get there. Keep up the good work, Germantown Hot Head's!

I got an order to go. Once I got home, I was surprised at how small the bowl and bag of chips were. The rice was not done. It was still crunchy, and I had to hunt for the chicken. The pic shown is after 2 bites. I've been to this location and other locations as well, and I never have I experienced quality like this. I called back and spoke with someone who questioned me when I said the rice was not done and stated that the portions that are given are according to what corporate sets as standard. Well, the other locations must be losing money with their portions. Do not recommend it and will not return.

It's 8:25 on a Saturday night and they are closed!!?

Not a good day at Germantown Hot Heads. Food is usually amazing! Portions full and hearty… Service usually always superb. This afternoon however was the exception. Food was not great, service worse! Brown rice under cooked… hard even. About 10 small diced up cubes of chicken in an entire bowl. The portion of the bowl was so much smaller than any I’ve ever had. I wondered if somehow I received a kids portion. Ordered chips and Queso also.. only a 1/4 of bag had chips… nothing but air to fill the paper sack. What Made everything a little worse was the attitude of the young lady making the food. This was this afternoon around 12 to 12:30 PM. The portions of the food and the chips made it seem like they were barely scraping by and needed to save food for other people. We usually go in the evening and the gentleman who works the register and makes the food is amazing, but today was a major exception. spent money on food we could not eat and to top it off, the young lady did not care when we called to express the issue. Brushed off and blamed others. if I were to go back to this location, it would be only in the evening where it seems like you were treated nicely. the food is warm and the portions are full . The young lady who worked this afternoon needs to find another profession. Customer service and food prep is clearly not her forte.
