Absolutely rude customer service. Called to place a pick up order and a lady answered and said “how can I help you?”. I then responded saying I was going to place a pick up order and she said I’m gonna have you hold.Then doesn’t put it on hold and I heard her say in the background I’m off the clock, That’s all yours. The other employee answers rudely with an attitude like me placing an order was an inconvenience for them. I kept getting yelled at on the phone for her supposedly not being able to hear me. Food is great but need better customer service from the employees….

Horrible customer service over the phone girl who answered with attitude saying you will have to hold I’m off the clock she gave the phone to another girl who obviously didn’t want to take the order and proceeded to talk rudely and with attitude while taking the order.

This was our first time eating here and we will be back! If you like bacon, try Granny's Gravy...so tasty! Prices are great, food was great, and service was great. This restaurant is in Germantown so can walk to a few places after eating. Will definitely go again. If you like country style breakfast, this is the place! Have heard the wings are really good to so will try those another time.

This place was nice. The first time I showed up, but the second time the manager was rude. I got a different type of sandwich and there was more sauerkraut than meat on it. I did not like sauerkraut. I tried to peel it off, but even that there was so much sauerkraut that I just couldn’t eat the sandwich, and there was only one or two slices of meat on that sandwich and it was just a waste of money if I wanted a little slice sandwich, I would’ve went to a gas station or McDonald’s. I could probably get more meat at Arby’s than here for less than what they charged. I will admit they did take it off my bill, which I am grateful for because I did not eat it or even take a bite if it was a tomato and not all into the sandwich, I could’ve easily taken it off, but the sauerkraut juice was all in it, and the fact that there was more sauerkraut than anything else. That is what bugged me.

It's been years since we have been to Laff"s and figured we would go back and get the Wings their known for. My wife and I arrived roughly around 5:15 on a Friday night. Ordered a drink each. Placed an order for 10 Wings and a basket of fries to share. By 6:30 we still did not receive our food. We inquired about our food since a table behind us received theirs and they arrived at least 30 minutes after us. They informed us, the food was still in the works. We tried to be patient (Hour and half in). They weren't crazy busy. By 6:45 we decided to pay for our drinks and leave. We were disappointed in the service and lack of urgency. They didn't seem to care. Will probably not go back.

The best wings I have had in years. Nice, meaty and not over cooked. The sauces were really good. Honey BBQ was just sweet enough. Hot was perfect. Corn dogs could have used a dipping sauce but all and all they were good. We will go back.

We finally made it to Laff’s! It was a bit hard to find details about menu items online but we called in a pickup order and were able to order pretty easily. We got boneless wings (barbecue and medium buffalo) along with the Texas tenderloin to split. The wings were great flavor, no fatty chicken, and the tenderloin was unique in that the batter was slightly sweet (it tasted like it had maple syrup in it). Overall we were very satisfied with the food! We will be back!
