Papa Johns Pizza

You should stop using door dash. Our pizza was correct but door dash didn't bring our drink. I asked about it, asked if he going to get it and he said he would give me the money so I said whatever and shut the door.

I am done with them. This is getting out of hand it is always something

I am so done with this location. Every time I order a pizza something is missing. They have the $9.99 any topping deal going on. Last month I ordered a pizza and the banana peppers were missing on the pizza. I pick up my pizza tonight and the Alfredo sauce I chose for my sauce wasn’t on my pizza. So there was no sauce on my pizza. Then the pizza wasn’t cut right. Some slices weren’t cut at all and others were cut too big

Just as a heads up, something went wrong with the hood vent for the oven causing issues for patrons to get there orders. I'm trying to let people be aware Papa John's might be closed for a little while, until they fix it! The manager that apologized said that the hood vent had been Jerry rigged up earlier in the day and the storm that just ran through must've knocked it back out. Oh well! Maybe next time!

Rude driver forgot our soda and was upset we asked him to go back and get it . I was going to give him another tip because he went back when he clearly didn't want to and asked if he could just refund. BUT he came back shaking the 2 liters ! So we couldn't open them right away.
It's bad enough we had to wait until after dinner.

Caught in the middle of a triple shift with no opportunity to leave the site for food, I found myself in a dire situation. Amid a severe snowstorm that saw many businesses and workers opting to stay home, the team at Papa John's rose to the occasion with exceptional dedication. Not only did they prepare a delicious meal, but they also braved treacherous, icy roads to deliver it directly to me. I cannot express enough gratitude to the incredible night shift workers at this location who went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of in my moment of need. You truly are lifesavers—thank you for your hard work, commitment, and outstanding service!

If you want a half decent pizza literally go anywhere else

I've been ordering pizza from this Papa Johns for MONTHS and have never had a single bad experience. Food is always hot, fresh, and what i ordered. 5 Stars.

I asked for extra cheese and felt like it was just regular cheese as well. The place was really busy but pick up was relatively easy. My husband ordered a regular crust pizza with meatball and pepperoni. It was decent. All in all it's what you expect for Papa John's.

I guess ordering on a Friday night is a NO GO. Ordered 2 pizzas and they were half raw, cheese barely melted. WE order there several times a week so this is very disappointing that the pizza was this nasty

Need I say more. I really wish I had read the reviews. And of course contacting papa John's corp. does absolutely no good. Very sad

I asked for extra cheese and what I got was regular cheese that I was overcharged for. I also wanted thicker crust but this crust is so thin, no fluff at all. Papa Johns used to be so much better than this. Very disappointed
