The little guy that was working at this (Germantown Ohio) location 03/08/2025 at 5:55pm has to be the worst fast food employee in the history of teenage boys! Apparently the little fellow can’t read at all….. we ordered four sandwiches and not one was made correctly at all. I mean this tiny little guy couldn’t even get one out of four correct accidentally! lol it’s funny because when the girls are working in there the food is always made fresh and correct! This little tiny fellow has been in there the last couple times we’ve gone and he’s managed to screw it up both times and both times all four sandwiches. I guess maybe his attention span is as short as he is!?!
If you see a little guy that can barely see over the counter I’d suggest watching him make your food every step of the way. I’ll be going inside and micro managing my sandwiches being made from this point forward. As I said the young ladies that are employed here do a great job!

Horrible service, requested less jalapeños and got a mountain of them on my sub, paid 3 dollars for extra chicken and got the regular amount. It’s always one guy there who messes up the orders. Don’t come to this location.

The staff today (10/16) were so incredibly rude and terrible to me. As someone who also works in food service, I understand having bad days, everyone does. But no type of bad day would cause me to act the way these staff acted towards me. I consider myself to be very polite, especially to food service workers. I usually tip them. But I walked in and immediately was given a dirty look for whatever reason. I haven’t been to subway in a few years, so I wasn’t aware of some things that they didn’t have. But they were passive aggressive about that. The blonde girl doing toppings was nice, but the other girl was not. I told her I wanted a lot of one topping on my sandwich and that was it. She put very little topping on it and then stared dead at me. I very nicely repeated that was it, and then she quickly shoved the sandwich away. When I went to check out, I had a coupon and I scanned it, then paid. After I paid, the cashier then also very rudely said “coupon” and that was it. I understand you need the coupon, but there’s better ways to go about it, like “Can I have your coupon?”. I am NOT someone you have known your entire life, it is unacceptable to be treated like this. Especially when I was not rude at all, just a little bit unaware.

We are going to start going out of town for subway. They have forgotten meat, they have skimped, this time on my very first spicy nacho chicken sub that I couldn’t afford but wanted to try has no cheese or Siracha. Devastated. Never again

Went here 3 weeks ago and wanted a pizza. The guy who made my pizza made it wrong because he never added Mozzarella Cheese on top of the toppings before putting it in the oven. The told me they already had cheese on them which wasn't much. And then the Cashier girl couldn't figure out how to take my Free Cookie Coupon.

Can't really rate as they gave me the wrong subs. When I returned they had already given mine away. Did not have time to get remade, but they refunded. No apologiesjust attitude. Going to Carlisle store from now on.

Very disappointed. Ordered online, I went in to do the pickup, neither girl would acknowledge me standing at the empty rack for pick up orders. I waited for 4 people in front of me to place their orders. Finally my turn and I let the girl know I had a pick up order. They claimed they didn't receive the order. I placed my order on the app and it was confirmed and paid for. So I had to and have my order made, which was sloppy and bread was overly toasted. Then the girl was going to charge me for 3 footlongs that was already paid for! They had no clue what they were doing. Management should be ashamed to leave two new employees with no supervision and direction. Going to Carlisle subway from here on out.

Order on the app usually 30-45 minutes before my lunch break and half the time still isnt ready by the time I get there. Got a 30 minute lunch break and sometimes spend 10 minutes of it waiting on something I ordered 45 minutes before.

Great lunch wrap. Could use fresh tomatoes instead of pink with hard white center ones, especially in the middle of tomato season
