Your service sucks. The “manager” is awful at her job. You should look into hiring someone else. Or just completely shut down all together because your food sucked too besides the Cinnabons that you heated up in your microwave. Those were good. Other than that the whole place sucks as a team.

I frequently visit this Taco Bell, and i've had nothing but good experiences here.
The brunette that normally takes the orders is super nice and the food has been spot on.
Overall good food, but it would be really nice. If you guys started filling up your cinnamon twist there’s no reason for a few inside of the bag.
Really enjoy camping here. Halloween camp out is our family tradition

The best Taco Bell in the Miami Valley. Messiah is an excellent employee who goes the extra mile in customer service. Kudos!

The fireworks were alright, a bit bland but not their fault it was the trees in the way.

They simply don't want to interact with a customer. Ordered from the kiosk inside and it took ten minutes before the order appeared. You get in the queue with drive-in, app order, and the in-store kiosk. You can't speak to anyone so if you don't know their menu you are SOL

The food is always disappointing for the outrageous price you pay. The only reason we still went is there are not a lot of options in Germantown . And Taco Bell as a whole had gone way down. See the expensive chicken strips you get 2 of? See how one is black??? Threw it away. Absolutely pathetic. I’ll get hotdogs from the grocery store next time I want something special for my birthday!!

I went inside to check out the menu. They didn't have a menu and wanted me to work there and use a kiosk to place my own order. I had already worked my 12 hour shift so I said no thanks. Also everything is VERY EXPENSIVE for very small portions. Bye bye Taco Bell, I made my own food and saved $37.00. Best of luck.

We have two TB in equal distance from our house, when we want TB this one is the go to. If we’re near the other one and TB is the must we drive past it and out of the way to go here.
Food has always been fresh, and as ordered. Everyone in our family tweaks their order and this is the one place that consistently gets it right. To top it off they are friendly and polite. In today’s service industry this is hard to find-kudos to the staff here.
Side note- Taco Bell has gotten expensive!! I know everything is up but also shrinkflation needs to be evaluated! $20 for a value meal and a 5 pc nugget is ridiculous!

Every time we order, they give hardly any meat on the food. Today I ordered double meat & all they did was add extra lettuce and tomatoes. There's still literally no meat. And I'm not exaggerating. It's less than a tablespoon on a crunch wrap.
