I've come here occasionally when in town visiting family. It has become an increasingly bigger bag of suck each time.
Hint for the ownership, (1) an hour is a long time to wait for food when the place is mostly empty. (2) I definitely shouldn't feel like I'm inconveniencing your staff when I ask about it only to have half of it never show up.
To be fair, I did interrupt their day drinking at the bar I guess.
