I just went in for uber eats delivery. Th order was “picked up already” but idk how that was possible if I had it on my phone. They decided to belittle me and call me names like I was worthless trash. The staff there is ignorant

Pulled in at 12:02... 3 cars im front of me waiting to order. Guy thats been at the speaker since I pulled in, still hasn't been able to order and its 12:11. Im on a lunch break, several cars have already pulled off. If you cant staff enough people, or hire people that can do the job, then close this place down. Let another business open here since yall cant handle the business you get. I dont even think I'll be able to order, I drove out here and sat with my car running for over 10 minutes idling because yall cant take orders through the drive thru and dine in. One of the worst burger kings around. 12:13 and f8nally the first car thats been at the speaker was able to order. Finally ordered at 12:16pm

Dirty never has dark pop. Terrible service UPDATE 7-28-25 stopped here again and trust me its my last time lady at drive thru insists yelling for the women that you cant make out a damn word she says or nor does she know how to ring in a coupon sent in the mail nor did she know how to sub a fry for an onion ring totally done get that lady off front counter shes your main down fall here give her a broom and send her outside will forsure make the drive down 80 to hubbard BK this one has went under like the hotdog shoppe across the road

The woman working the Drive-Thru (I wish I caught her name!) was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and clearly takes pride in her work. She greeted every customer with a genuine smile and positive energy that made the whole visit feel warm and personal.
I ordered a double cheeseburger, 4-piece mozzarella sticks, and a Hershey Pie—everything was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. It’s honestly the best Burger King I’ve been to in a long time. Clean environment, great service, and quality food? That’s rare these days at fast food chains.
I’ll definitely be going out of my way to come back to this location. Give that woman a raise! 👏🍔🍟🥧

Burgers: made correctly, just super super dry Mozzarella fries: decent Strawberry lemonade: too sweet for me, but the hubby loved it. Cheesy tots: awful. I’ve bought these plenty of times and love them, but never at this location. Will avoid these if we stop there again. Onion rings: decent, but not hot. Wasn’t worried about the heat of them, just thought they would have been warm at least. Staff seemed unhappy to be there and definitely do not converse with customers. Didn’t bother me as I’m not social, but husband was offended.
