We are travelers and if my wife didn’t check out the order, my grandchild would have not gotten her burger. Luckily we were in the part lot and went back to get it.

Dirty never has dark pop. Terrible service UPDATE 7-28-25 stopped here again and trust me its my last time lady at drive thru insists yelling for the women that you cant make out a damn word she says or nor does she know how to ring in a coupon sent in the mail nor did she know how to sub a fry for an onion ring totally done get that lady off front counter shes your main down fall here give her a broom and send her outside will forsure make the drive down 80 to hubbard BK this one has went under like the hotdog shoppe across the road

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a great experience at this Burger King location! The woman working the Drive-Thru (I wish I caught her name!) was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and clearly takes pride in her work. She greeted every customer with a genuine smile and positive energy that made the whole visit feel warm and personal.
I ordered a double cheeseburger, 4-piece mozzarella sticks, and a Hershey Pie—everything was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. It’s honestly the best Burger King I’ve been to in a long time. Clean environment, great service, and quality food? That’s rare these days at fast food chains.
I’ll definitely be going out of my way to come back to this location. Give that woman a raise! 👏🍔🍟🥧

Burgers: made correctly, just super super dry Mozzarella fries: decent Strawberry lemonade: too sweet for me, but the hubby loved it. Cheesy tots: awful. I’ve bought these plenty of times and love them, but never at this location. Will avoid these if we stop there again. Onion rings: decent, but not hot. Wasn’t worried about the heat of them, just thought they would have been warm at least. Staff seemed unhappy to be there and definitely do not converse with customers. Didn’t bother me as I’m not social, but husband was offended.
They have a full drink machine for drive through so every crazy coke drink--they have it!

I may be overdramatic but i am really upset right now. I came here at a little after 3:00am today. I went through the drive thru just to be told that i have to wait until 4 to order. I looked online ajd at the signs outside, if you are open 24/7 then why are you “closed” and “unable to order” until 4am? I know i may be overreacting but i am pregnant and all i wanted was food. I dont kno if maybe they haven’t fixed their hours or if maybe the employees just didnt want to do it. Ive worked fast food before but never morning shift. My crew was always ontop of getting in orders, i dont know im just really upset. I went to McDonalds instead.

I brought my 4 kids here specifically to use the play area. After hauling them all out of the car, we come inside to find a puddle of water on the floor in play area, and instead of cleaning the mess up, we had the rude employee tell us we had to leave and can't use the play area, the older lady with the short red hair. I do not recommend this place at all. Ghetto. It would have taken 5 minutes with a shop vac or mop to clean up the mess, and clearly it had been there overnight and still no one cleaned it up.

Twice now I’ve came here and ordered a chicken jr and nearly broke a tooth on the meat because it was hard as a rock. there is no way whoever made the sandwich didn’t notice how hard the chicken was before they put it on the bun. Careless workers. It’s a shame. I shouldn’t have to ask for my stuff fresh, that should already be a factor
