Worst experience I’ve had at a DQ. Most of the workers are high schoolers, which I have no problem with but they would rather sit and talk to each other than help the customers. Then made it seem like we were an inconvenience to them. I ordered 2 Oreo Snowdrift blizzards. Only one was blue and made the way it was supposed to be. When I took it back in to get replaced, she told me “it’s not actually going to be blue and you won’t taste the marshmallow cause there isn’t enough in it to make a taste difference. But there will be cookie crumbles in the bottom” The picture isn’t the most clear but 1 was clearly blue and not the other. She wouldn’t remake it because I “was wrong”. Save your money and go elsewhere

Paid with the card watch the lady take my card out of the card machine and put it down hand me my order the ice cream falls all over my truck I didn’t even apologizeand didn’t give me back my card when I said something she got mad horrible place

Disappointed that it wasn't a brazier, but I love the pretzel sticks with queso, so I had those. Husband had the chili dog meal. His only complaint was his drink was clear full of ice. It is the good ice though. IYKYK.

First time visiting this DQ in Girard, OH. Cozy place. Unfortunately, I ordered a Cheesecake Blizzard, and it was pretty much melted. I was in a hurry, so I didn't ask for a thicker one.
Unless you're good with buying a new rims with every ice cream purchase I don't recommend visiting this drive thru. No normal car can make the 90 degree turn as the drive through is only really wide enough for a small electric car and if you're in a truck or SUV, forget it. The curb the entire way around is black from people's rims and tires. Either go inside or go elsewhere.
