I stopped at this dunkin for an iced latte and a bag of beans for at home. She gives us the bag of beans...n holds up a latte thats missing at least a good 3 inches of product n tells me thats all she can do since i asked for less ice. Really awesome that you have employees ripping off your customers. Been coming to this one for yrs...but i will give my business to other locations that dont have employees with attitudes....

Update: tried again recently. Horrible. 3:45 am order a coffee and get pulled to a praking spot for 7 minutes.

Terrible. Ordered two drinks that were on the menu. Took about 10 minutes to get the transaction right with the order due to a new girl. Which have no problem with people have to learn but maybe not during rush hour. Or without someone close to supervise if needed and order still ended up wrong. Signature almond spice latte on menu only no whipped cream. almond spice latte. That's it. Both wrong after 10 minutes trying to get the order in the register.

Employees underfill the cups then become rude when kindly asked about it, as if their pay goes up by saving the franchisee pennies. Don't support this location.

Soo the morning time is the best time to come anytime maybe after 4 just forget it last couple times the employees were rude. And imma say I get a sweet tea with blueberry and sugar and somehow night shift still messes that up… I don’t understand it’s 2 ingredients

Went there a few mornings ago on a weekday around 7:15. The drive thru was packed so I walked in. Ordered immediately and got my PERFECT cup of coffee within one minute.
This location is ALWAYS top notch for service and should be looked to by other managers for how to get things done.
