Hundreds of times I have been just down the road from this restaurant. Finally visited it, and wished now that I had gone there sooner. My wife ate the leftovers, and she wanted to know where I got it. Even cold, the enchiladas were delicious! Ok, I have to add to this. I went there for my second visit, and this time for brunch. Breakfast there is amazing. One of my sons ordered the churrito waffles with jalapeño maple syrup...I wish I had ordered it. But the one I ordered was savory, just as amazing. By the way, my son pointed out that Hefe was spelled wrong, that it should be Jefe. But Americans would not know to pronounce "J" as an "H." So, El Hefe was most likely named on purpose to get us to pronounce it right.

I kept seeing commercials on this place. Saying MEXICAN food ,great drinks etc. I walked in asked for a margarita (nice bar) I waited 20 min mind you. I waited for chips n salsa. No way !! The gentleman behind bar clearly said "This is not A Mexican restaurant " weird the commercial says different. Food looked horrible....my husband ordered tacos well they were horrible. Not a Mexican restaurant don't know what type but food was awful margarita was gross ..we left . If you know real Mexican food. Or good food period. This is not not the place. Waste of a drive.

This place has a great atmosphere and vibe, but not much else. No chips and salsa like every other Mexican place you've ever been. Very small portions, I was very surprised at how small everyone's plates were in our 8 person party, very small portions. Appetizers came out seconds before dinner, and one after dinner was served. Even the appetizers had extremely small portions. A 4 dip sampler that came with chips had maybe 25 chips at most, nowhere near enough to eat the dips with. Food was decent for what it was (or how little it was) but not really impressive. I wasn't starving when I left but I wasn't full. The lack of chips and salsa (salty goodness to make you thirsty), and not seeing the waiter between placing our order and food arriving a half hour later meant we only had 1 drink each. It's a shame because the place has really cool decor and feel

Spent a few hours here during the St. Patrick's Day celebration and Shamrock Shuttle service. The atmosphere is really nice, the art on the walls is great and the seating was comfortable. The food we were able to try was excellent, and we hope to try more of the menu soon. Service was very good even with how busy they were, our waitress was great, very helpful with drink recommendations and was overall very pleasant. The pineapple and hibiscus margaritas were great and are a must try. The loaded nachos were some of the best we've had anywhere. We will definitely be back in the future.

Lucky I was forced to put 1 star because it would be 0. The food is horrible, they don't even bring what you ordered and the entertainment was horrible. Worst place ever!!

We really enjoy this restaurant. It is so different than most other Mexican restaurants. Very nice atmosphere and excellent food. Not your typical run of the mill Mexican restaurant.Parking: There is plenty of parking but it is on the side of the building and in the back.

Great authentic Mexican food, catering for all spice tastes, fair prices, great drinks. Desserts made on the premises - sampled most! Don't wait, we will make it a regular stop.. Tons of parking, easy to reach from the suburbs.
