its not quite the same since the ownership changed.. and the prices have gone way up.. its truly a novelty and fun to take the kids too, but you can get a full meal elsewhere for what your now paying..

Food is usually good here. There is just no consistency in the quality of the food. My hot dogs were amazing this time.. the fries had way too much sauce (chili) and almost no other toppings that I ordered on them.

Went to take my wife to get something to eat, and the service was no good waitresses kept walking past us like we were just there to sit there and bullshit. I will never go back there again that his bad service never had that kind of service before I don’t recommend nobody going there because your service sucks.

The servers are so pleasant and sweet! Especially Ciera and Beth! Shoutout to Beth who is diligent in checking on the customers. All the workers have a smile and kind greeting when you dine-in. I’ve been taking advantage of the coupon pages. And enjoying the chicken tenders and French fries. The cherry pop is still the same, cold and refreshing.

Such a sad excuse for what used to be one of the best. Food is mediocre at best... The customer service is the ABSOLUTE WORST!!! This place makes McDonald's seem like high class service. The singular person waiting tables in the evenings has zero sense of urgency and I don't believe she has a single friendly bone in her body! Literally just ignored me standing at the front for 5+ minutes. Not a hello, someone will be with you literally NOTHING!! I am just so appalled.Every time I go I say I'll never come back, then I figure it can't be that bad again... So they have to prove me wrong and the next time it's even worse. Please find people who want to work, pay them a liveable wage and bring back what we used to have! Again I'm not expecting 5 star service, but this is absurd!
Used the drive thru today... the girl that helped me was super sweet. I live in Canton,Ohio and stop here probably once a month when I see my Youngstown customers. Got 3 Hot dogs with Chili,cheese and onion.. the hot dog was as thick as a slim Jim and burnt and hard. Im usually not picky, but I honestly think quality here has really slipped. May start looking for my new favorite when I'm in the area.

What happened to this place we used to eat here all the time will you order some chili dogs last night and some fries I swear the chili dogs only had less than a teaspoon of sauce on each hot dog some only had the sauce on half of the hot dog french fries cold and over cooked..what happened to this place.
