If I could give negative stars, I would. My boyfriend and I went last night after hearing great things about the food, but the experience was awful from start to finish. I arrived first and sat at the bar — it wasn’t busy, yet I had to ask several times for a menu and never got one. When my boyfriend arrived about 15 minutes later, he asked for a menu, and only then did the bartender offer me one too.
The service was terrible. It took an hour and a half to get a burger, a steak hoagie, and chips. Both meals were supposed to come with fries, but they didn’t, and we had to ask for them after the food finally came out. The music was blasting so loudly we could barely talk.
After finishing, we waited forever just to get the check while the bartender kept ignoring us. To top it off, we both felt sick afterward and were up all night. We will definitely not be returning.

The bartender asked if I want one too, even though I asked numerous times. The service was an absolute joke. It took an hour and a half for a burger, a steak hoagie and the chips. Both of our meals were supposed to come fries and neither did. We had to ask where the fries were once the food finally came out. The music was so loud you couldn't even hear the person next to you. After we ate we had to wait forever for our check. We would ask the bartender and he just kept walking away. When we finally left, we both felt sick to our stomachs, and we're sick all night. We will NOT be returning.

Cash only was pretty lame. No cards, no checks...cash...only. Food was even worse. There was barely any meat on the wrap I ordered. I'm tired of getting ripped off by places like this. Also, people are allowed to smoke in front of the doors so the draft carries all that nastiness right on through the entire building while you're eating. Whoever said this place was "spotless" must live in a pig stye because it was not clean at all.

This was my first time there, the place was spotless. The food was amazing. We waited a little longer, but we did have 3 big orders and there was only 1 person doing everything! She was super friendly the food was amazing. Definitely try the chips!! A must visit on my list!
