This is the second time I have gotten food poisoning from this place, I went for breakfast and got two big breakfast and steak egg and cheese bagel, NEVER AGAIN. I been sick for going on two days…..

Got shorted 20pc nugget. You can't tell what is in the bag because they shove everything into one bag and you can't dig through it. This is not the first time.

When a customer is giving you their order you don't interrupt them to have them pull up without giving them the total cuz my order was not complete when I happened to me I will not be back I wish I could give zero stars

For as much as things cost there, is it too much to ask for my families food to be at least hot!?!?! Isn't there time limits that the food sits in the warmer!?! Yes there is, how do I know this I work in the food industry and have for yrs!! My burger was shriveled up n BLACK and my cheese wasn't melted at all because my burger was cold. So that means it was wayyyyy past it's save time!! For as much business this location does there's no way my food should be cold or all things. It was 8pm at that so this brings me to my fiances spicy crispy chicken sandwich that I paid $5 for n what I got was the $2 sandwich with the spicy sauce on it 😳🤯 at this point I want credits for this location. Nobody answers the phone and I sure wasn't going up there n having them remake it and give me more old food!! My thing is if u wouldn't eat it DONT SERVE IT

On 1/18/25 around 12:30, The guy at the first window who took my payment was very kind and loved my dog. The guy at the second window was also amazing and very kind. It’s sad that I don’t feel this way at a lot of fast food restaurants or even very nice restaurants. These guys treated it like they worked a white tablecloth restaurant.

Decided to order some food from this location. Let me order my food through the app and everything never once told me that they weren’t open or anything when I placed my order. Drive to the store to find out that they’re closed. If you’re closed maybe turn the mobile orders off so people aren’t wasting there time. Dunkin next door turned there’s off, so why couldn’t/didn’t McDonald’s do the same? Just pure lazy or a flaw in the company.
