The outside area is noted as filthy at times, with dirty wooden tables and a weird smell. While the interior has a unique character and staff are described as warm and well-groomed, hygiene concerns are raised about the food van operation. Despite this, many find it a great, welcoming departure from normal commercial highway fare.
