How does a sub shop run out of lettuce???
The food was great, the atmosphere dark and meh. The service was terrible. The person who took my order spent more time gabbing with her friends than paying attention to my order, and I had to repeat it several times. I also ordered a footlong cookie. I watched the young lady who was inserting it into a bag and I could tell she was in pain handling a very hot cookie! So I suggested that she dispense with the bag. Her manager marched over and very rudely informed me that was not possible as it was company policy to put it into the bag. There are too many nice employees at other Subway shops to ensure that I will NEVER visit that one again.

Absolutely poor service I was made fun of the whole entire time I ordered food. My sandwich was cold and my meat wasn’t cooked fully.

The manager was extremely rude, called to explain our situation with the order, because they took our money online but apparently didn't have our order. Told me to fill out a form online, it wasn't her problem. Said "I don't give out free food". Statement on my bank app says "girard subway".

Racist comments. Not serving our food. Took our money and refused to give us food. Wouldn't eat there if it was the last place on earth
My boys went to Girard Subway with a coupon that comes in the mail on Wednesdays. First staff didn't know what to do with them and the coupon. Second woman was so pissy and rude, saying we don't accept those coupons (I called before sending boys and ensure they accept the coupons from weekly shoppers.), she was so pissed she put a glob (lightly putting it, more like a quarter bottle) of mustard on my sandwich, it was so sloppy and dripping with sauce, I couldn't finish it). I called the shop and asked the manager, she said, "my girls were nothing but nice & polite". HA!
What happened to good service, higher standard? Maybe I should have gone to a 5star restaurant however, with inflation, this was the only thing we could afford at this time. How Rude!

I generally avoid this Subway because it's never a good experience for one reason or another, but this trip was by far the most unwelcome I've felt as a paying customer. A mother and daughter were stocking soda and chips when my children and I approached the counter, and we stood there for minutes before the woman yelled into the back, "Hayley, there are customers!" We clearly interrupted whatever Hayley preferred to be doing, because she served us with all the attitude of a preteen being made to wash the dishes as punishment. The eye rolls and attitude were completely uncalled for. I will continue to avoid this Subway, I should've known better.

Staff is very rude and pushy when they are busy. Not very friendly, skimps out on meat and upset that you ask for more. We pay good money to eat at this store we deserve to be treated better. Greeted with a smile no matter how busy the store is or frustrated your workers are.

Cancelled my mobile order and now I have to wait a week for a refund. No one answers the phone and we always have problems ordering from this subway sandwiches are never toasted and or they mess up the orders

I usually have no issues here, but today I came to the window to pick up my order. I waited, no problem, I was not the only person getting food. The young girl whose name I didn’t get was not very pleasant. I said hi and gave her my name and she said “here” and shut the window! If I treated a customer like that it wouldn’t fly. I may be back maybe not, I or anyone else should not be treated like that.

I stopped in for a quick dinner at the Girard Subway with my boys and although the young girl who waited on me was very kind, everything was very chaotic. It appeared the manager was a mother as at one point she yelled “mom” very loudly when another customer asked for the manager. The manager walked in ahead of us and started doing side work and wasn’t in uniform. Not even sure if she was working or on the clock. There was an issue at the window that the young girl had a hard time handling. The manager had a hard time handling and then proceeded to yell at the girl making my subs to stop and help. There was a lot of yelling. Customers cussed and walked out. The subs were made correctly and good. But it wasn’t a good visit for my kids and we probably won’t be back.
