My sub was so delicious and the girl who waited on me was so kind and so sweet and that’s something that you don’t experience every day with people who work fast food. I know the job can be tough, but it’s just such a pleasant experience when the person who’s helping you is kind. She had dark hair and was working the closing shift. She deserves a raise.

Every sandwich we get is awesome. Mine was a All American Club and boyfriend got a cold cut combo. Perfect amount of meats and veggies.

Ordered three subs from there online and even tipped. when I brought the food home one of the subs was incorrect, took all three back with my receipt and I was extremely nice and told the girl one of the subs was wrong. the young girl at the counter, said “I watched her make the subs, it’s correct. I pulled the subs out of the bag to show her and she wouldn’t even look, she said “I’m not dealing with this” walked off and got the other girl. The other girl was extremely nice and remade the sandwich. They need to do better hiring people that are actually nice to customers. I’ve never had such rude service and will never go back to that location.

First of all, I ordered online to make it nice and simple, no one told me they were out of avocado so they let me pay the upcharge, I definitely found mold on the bread and when I said that the worker immediately invalidated me without even looking I wasn't even making it a big deal I was simply asking for a new sandwich, they pretty much refused saying there's no mold and then proceeded to tell me I couldn't get a refund there and I had to do it in the app, there is NO way to get a refund on the app! It seems like there's never actually a manager here or someone who actually knows how to do refunds. All I wanted was a new sandwich! Highly do not recommend unless you wanna go out of your way for no reason!

The reviews are absolutely correct. I just had to deal with the disrespectful and rude young girl who got upset and said something under her breathe because I asked her to remake my sub!!

She asked me why and I told her mayo was everywhere on the bread, on the sides of the bread, all over the wrapper....like come on, why would you act like a baby and go crying to call a manager when you're the one who messed up the sandwich? Just be polite and make it over!

Instead she made a phone call and whoever she called was just as rude. They told her she didn't have to!! I could see if I wanted my money back, I just wanted a remake.

I then said I'd just pay for another sub. It was only $4 through the app. She got even madder 😂😂. Looking at me crazy 😑🤨.
Like dude, it's just a sandwich. Poor customer service, but the vegetables are one of the freshest around. Smh.

Awful management, mother and daughter working here are nothing but problems for everyone around them, and we’re not talking about in a good way. I live with two people in management and what’s happening here isn’t proper management. Mistreating staff, favoring one over the rest. The way the manager speaks and acts towards employees is deplorable. The rules should be posted in the building,it’s not, you can’t even hold the manager accountable, she will hide any info about her higher ups. Or downright refuse.

The food was great, the atmosphere dark and meh. The service was terrible. The person who took my order spent more time gabbing with her friends than paying attention to my order, and I had to repeat it several times. I also ordered a footlong cookie. I watched the young lady who was inserting it into a bag and I could tell she was in pain handling a very hot cookie! So I suggested that she dispense with the bag. Her manager marched over and very rudely informed me that was not possible as it was company policy to put it into the bag. There are too many nice employees at other Subway shops to ensure that I will NEVER visit that one again.

The manager was extremely rude, called to explain our situation with the order, because they took our money online but apparently didn't have our order. Told me to fill out a form online, it wasn't her problem. Said "I don't give out free food". Statement on my bank app says "girard subway".

My boys went to Girard Subway with a coupon that comes in the mail on Wednesdays. First staff didn't know what to do with them and the coupon. Second woman was so pissy and rude, saying we don't accept those coupons (I called before sending boys and ensure they accept the coupons from weekly shoppers.), she was so pissed she put a glob (lightly putting it, more like a quarter bottle) of mustard on my sandwich, it was so sloppy and dripping with sauce, I couldn't finish it). I called the shop and asked the manager, she said, "my girls were nothing but nice & polite". HA!
What happened to good service, higher standard? Maybe I should have gone to a 5star restaurant however, with inflation, this was the only thing we could afford at this time. How Rude!
