Seen four workers had to wait over 10 minutes to order my food no one in line in front of me. Ordered cheeseburgers I don't know why but they put the in the microwave before they put them in a bag. Took them home to eat and they was rubber my dog wouldn't even eat them. And you should be able to use your card inside the store not just thru drive thru

I don’t know who the lady was that was cooking to night but she was fast and still made some beautiful food. Patch yourself on the back you did an amazing job. Love the customer service, always smiling faces and very friendly.
I was the only customer. I sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes to get a drink and a plain cheeseburger. The workers weren't very friendly. The milkshake was dripping down the sides of the cup.

SENSHI.
Went through the drive through, started off with the person over the speaker having an attitude for no reason at all. Waited in l line for 15 min, finally got to the window and the girl had no idea what she was doing, she asked for help and the lady stood there and stared at her and proceeded to tell her she couldn’t help right now. So i continued to wait, as the manager? Shift leader? Just stood there and did nothing. At this point I haven’t even paid yet. I ended up leaving without getting anything, so I waited in line for 20 min for absolutely nothing. Every employee I encountered while being there was rude and unhelpful.
Walked in around 1230. Not a single person in the lobby 1 car in the drive thru. I proceeded to stand up front while she took 4 orders thru the drive thru while I stood there. Horrible customer service all while a second employee had only managed to finish one ice cream over the like 8 minutes I stood there. Get it together

The food is great but if you're in a hurry this isn't the place for you. Service is great and employees are friendly ? the employees definitely deserve a raise due to their friendly attitude and always asking customers if there's anything they can do to make your experience better
