Ice cream was delicious. Fries were not fresh so they had to make new. Tried to go again but lobby was shut down which was unfortunate because they were having a ball game so lots of people wanted to walk over but couldn't so I didn't get anything

I've been here several times. Each time service has been fast, kind, and consistent. We drive from Athens and enjoy the time. Yes food is expensive, that's everywhere. Staffing is always an issue bc frankly people don't really like work. Food service work especially is grueling for the pay. The drive through at DQ anywhere has always taken long due to the nature of the business. It's not Wendy's fast bc it doesn't take as long to make a burger as it does a banana split. So context is needed here. I feel that this particular DQ is a great place and the employees deserving of a well deserved congratulations. Keep your heads up and push forward!

Cake was ordered on line 2 weeks or so ago and they messed up the writing color. No biggie but red is not blue. The cake tasted really good though. Staff seemed very confused at everything going on. Customers just jump line because they can and when mentioned staff still served them before those of us already in line. Seemed to be a church group all ordering separately. The decoration on the cake is a simple edible image printed out as well as the writing. Restaurant seemed clean in the front of house.

You know the food and ice cream and what you're getting, so no surprises there. The surprise is when you order an ice cream cone. You NEVER know what size you are getting. You can order a small and large cone and the same size. You can go to one DQ order, a large cone, and get one size go to another order the same get different size. The system in place maybe ok but the execution varies from place to place, and even the same location can vary depending on who makes it. Sometimes, the variable is laughable. But, it is still good.

Not the best Dairy Queen. Pretty dirty and slow with the food. The woman running the place was friendly, but the whole experience was lacking. I can’t say we got sick from the food, but I also can’t say we didn’t.

Ordered a sheet cake 48 hours in advance, called after 24 to check on it. Showed up a couple hours after designated pick up time and it was still not done. Don’t waste your time. Got a refund and will never use this DQ again.
One of the worst times I been in this Dairy Queen. Hardly anyone in there when I went in and i understand there was large ice cream orders being made ahead of me before they got too take my order and that was 20 minutes before I ordered a simple small Hot fudge sundae. Now the only server the was taking care of the all the ice cream customers started taking orderers from all the other customers that got backed up and another 10 minutes in my order wasn't even started yet! Over a half hour to get a simple ice cream orders is crazy! I had to leave because I had a meeting in Athens to go to and had to leave. Yes I left an order I paid for behind and I will say you will never get me in this shop again.

Terrible, you would think after waiting 10-15 min for your food it would be hot and fresh but that’s not the case what so ever!!!! My burger was hard cold and dry and they wasent that busy at all!! This isn’t the first time this has happened
